Ayr\u0131ca salatas\u0131 da yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Patl\u0131can\u0131n insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki yerinin di\u011fer sebze t\u00fcrlerinden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">100 gr patl\u0131can\u0131n kalori de\u011feri 24\u2019d\u00fcr. 100 gr patl\u0131canda 1.1 g protein, 2 g ya\u011f, ve 5.5 g karbonhidrat vard\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Vitamin i\u00e7eri\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ise; 100 gram\u0131nda 30 IU A vitamini, 0.4 mg B1 vitamini, 0.5 mg B2 vitamini ve 5 mg C vitamini bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Yazl\u0131k sebzeler grubunda yer alan domates, biber ve patl\u0131can \u0131l\u0131k iklimlerde bir y\u0131ll\u0131k, tropik iklimlerde ise birka\u00e7 senelik k\u00fclt\u00fcr bitkileridir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Aralar\u0131nda yeti\u015ftirme tekni\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan baz\u0131 farklar bulunmakla beraber genelde yeti\u015ftiricilikleri ayn\u0131d\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Domates bunlar i\u00e7inde en fazla kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 bulunan bir sebzedir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Her \u00fc\u00e7 sebze t\u00fcr\u00fc de \u0131l\u0131k ve s\u0131cak iklim sebzesidir. Yeti\u015ftirme devresinde s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en az 15\u00b0C olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Domates ve patl\u0131can se\u00e7ici olmamakla beraber s\u00fczek, organik maddece zengin, kumlu ve kumlu-t\u0131nl\u0131 topraklarda en iyi geli\u015fmeyi g\u00f6sterir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Patl\u0131can fazla y\u00fcksek toprak s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na gereksinme g\u00f6sterdi\u011finden \u00fcretim yap\u0131lan topraklar \u00e7abuk \u0131s\u0131nabilir olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Biber di\u011fer iki t\u00fcre g\u00f6re toprak \u00f6zelli\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnden daha se\u00e7icidir. A\u011f\u0131r killi ve su tutan topraklar ile tamamen kumlu topraklar uygun de\u011fildir. Topra\u011f\u0131n su tutma kapasitesi iyi ve \u00e7abuk \u0131s\u0131nabilir \u00f6zellikte olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Domates, biber ve patl\u0131can ayn\u0131 familyaya ba\u011fl\u0131 olduklar\u0131ndan hastal\u0131k, zararl\u0131lar\u0131n o topra\u011fa yerle\u015fmesi ve hep ayn\u0131 besin maddelerinin t\u00fcketilmesi topra\u011f\u0131n bu y\u00f6nde zay\u0131f kalmas\u0131na neden oldu\u011fundan, bu sebze t\u00fcrleri arka arkaya ayn\u0131 tarlada yeti\u015ftirilmemelidir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Bu nedenle 4-5 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir m\u00fcnavebe gerekir. Bu 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde bir defa da hububat ekilerek tarlan\u0131n dinlendirilmesi yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiler.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Bu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde en az 3 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir m\u00fcnavebe \u015fartt\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Her \u00fc\u00e7 sebze t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yeti\u015ftiricili\u011finde; tarla sonbaharda derince s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr ve ilkbahara kadar tezekli olarak b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130lkbaharda dikimden \u00f6nce toprak tav\u0131nda iken 20 cm derinlikte pullukla tekrar s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">G\u00fcbreleme topra\u011f\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131na ve i\u00e7erdikleri besin maddelerine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmekle beraber her \u00fc\u00e7 sebze t\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7inde sonbaharda derin s\u00fcr\u00fcmden \u00f6nce dekara 3-4 ton yanm\u0131\u015f ah\u0131r g\u00fcbresi verilmelidir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Yine her \u00fc\u00e7 sebze, bilinen kimyevi g\u00fcbrelerle takviye edilmelidir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Domates i\u00e7in en uygun fide b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 15-20 cm uzunluk ve bir kur\u015fun kalem kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zamand\u0131r. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe uygun ko\u015fullarda 6 haftada ula\u015f\u0131rlar.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Biber i\u00e7in en uygun dikim b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ilk \u00e7i\u00e7ek tomurcuklar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 devredir. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe uygun ko\u015fullarda 9-10 haftada ula\u015f\u0131rlar.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Patl\u0131can fideleri ekim\u2019den 7-10 hafta sonra dikim b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne gelirler.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Do\u011fada patl\u0131can\u0131 besin olarak t\u00fcketen tek canl\u0131 insand\u0131r.
