Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131s\u0131 Selman ESK\u0130LER yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu konu\u015fmas\u0131nda “Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere yarg\u0131n\u0131n etkinli\u011finin ve verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, H\u00e2kimler ve Savc\u0131lar Kurulunun olumlu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile Anamur’a A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi kurulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015fti. Buna ili\u015fkin atamalar son kararname ile yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde Anamur A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak, Mut ise Asliye Ceza Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak faaliyet g\u00f6sterecektir. Al\u0131nan kararlar\u0131n Anamur ve Mut il\u00e7elerine, yarg\u0131 camiam\u0131za ve \u00fclkemize hay\u0131rl\u0131, u\u011furlu olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. Ayr\u0131ca kararname do\u011frultusunda Anamur Adalet Saray\u0131nda Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131m\u0131z ve 3 Cumhuriyet savc\u0131m\u0131z ile 3 h\u00e2kimimizin, G\u00fclnar Adalet Saray\u0131nda 1 Cumhuriyet savc\u0131m\u0131z ile 2 h\u00e2kimimizin, Mut Adalet Saray\u0131nda ise 3 Cumhuriyet savc\u0131s\u0131 ile 2 h\u00e2kimimizin g\u00f6rev yerleri de\u011fi\u015fti. Kendileriyle g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00f6nemde y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011fumuz koordineli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde adalet hizmetlerinin adil, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkin bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi sa\u011flamaya gayret g\u00f6sterdik.
