Be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda il\u00e7enin b\u00fct\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015ftu\u011fu bir y\u00f6netime imza atacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Sar\u0131y\u0131ld\u0131z; \u201c\u015eu an bulundu\u011fumuz b\u00f6lgenin yollar\u0131n\u0131n yenilenmeye ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc art\u0131k kullan\u0131labilir durumda de\u011fildi.
