Rusya, \u00c7in gibi hegemonyaya ve Gazze\u2019deki soyk\u0131r\u0131ma kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7ok kutuplu D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen bir \u00fclkelerinden \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n, CB ile D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakan\u0131\u2019n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan helikopterinin Azerbaycan\u2019da baraj a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan d\u00f6nerken d\u00fc\u015fmesi veya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi t\u00fcm D\u00fcnya\u2019da \u015fok etkisi ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tart\u0131\u015fma yaratt\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130ran so\u011fuk sava\u015f\u0131n bitiminden sonra tek kutuplu D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n hedefindeydi. <\/p>\n
\u0130ran\u2019da 1900 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na kadar da \u0130ran \u015eah\u0131 (Azeri) T\u00fcrk k\u00f6kenli idi. <\/p>\n
\u0130ran\u2019da n\u00fcfusunun \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc , \u00f6zellikle kuzeyde Azerbaycan T\u00fcrkleri olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
Bu nedenle iki \u00fclkenin ili\u015fkileri son y\u0131llara kadar gergindi. Bu nedenle \u0130srail ile Azerbaycan ili\u015fkileri hep iyi olmu\u015f, \u0130srail son Karaba\u011f sava\u015f\u0131nda Azerbaycan desteklemi\u015fti.<\/p>\n
Uluslararas\u0131 alanda s\u0131k\u0131\u015fan \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n son y\u0131llarda bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve BM hukukunu g\u00f6zeten politikalar\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kararak kom\u015fular\u0131yla bar\u0131\u015fa y\u00f6neldi. Son Azerbaycan ziyareti bu kapsamda de\u011ferlendirilmelidir. <\/p>\n
Do\u011fald\u0131r ki bu geli\u015fmeler \u0130ran\u2019\u0131 yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmak ve s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak isteyen hegemonyay\u0131 rahats\u0131z etti .<\/p>\n
