Uzay\u0131n fethinden, kutuplardan, elektrikten, k\u00f6m\u00fcrden, radyo, telgraf, telefondan bahseden ayetler vard\u0131r.<br \/>\nM\u00fcspet ilimler ilerledik\u00e7e insanlar\u0131n yapaca\u011f\u0131 icat ve ke\u015fiflere y\u00f6n verecek olan Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerime dil uzatmaya kimsenin hakk\u0131 olmasa gerektir.<br \/>\nHele-hele Cenab-\u0131 Allah bir tane \u0130ncil g\u00f6ndermi\u015fken birbirine uymayan Matta \u0130ncili, Yuhanna \u0130ncili, Markos \u0130ncili, Luka \u0130ncili\u2019ni benimseyen ve bu 4 ayr\u0131 \u0130ncil\u2019deki \u00e7eli\u015fkileri g\u00f6rmemezlikten gelen s\u00f6zde Hristiyanlar\u0131n Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 Kerimde \u00e7eli\u015fkiler bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeye hi\u00e7 haklar\u0131 yoktur.<br \/>\nKuran-\u0131 Kerim ilk g\u00f6nderili\u015f \u015fekliyle bir tek harfi bile kaybolmadan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nOysa her 4 \u0130ncil\u2019e de insan s\u00f6zlerinin kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilmen sabittir.<br \/>\nHristiyanl\u0131k propagandas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nacak tedbirlerin e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7ti\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.<br \/>\nY\u00fcce \u0130slam dininin her kesimden insanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7ok iyi \u00f6\u011fretilmesi gerekmektedir.<br \/>\nDevlet olarak \u00fclkeyi maddi y\u00f6nde kalk\u0131nd\u0131rma hamlelerine giri\u015firken manevi y\u00f6nde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenlerde ihmal edilmemelidir.<br \/>\nMilli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z konuya el atm\u0131\u015f ilkokul, lise ve dengi okullar\u0131m\u0131zda Kur\u2019an \u00f6\u011frenilmesi i\u00e7in yeni bir model geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 Maarif Modelinde Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim dersleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok olumlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve kararlar al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nAl\u0131nan kararlarda \u00f6zetle \u015fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere yer verilmi\u015ftir:<br \/>\n\u2018\u2019 Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim, Allah kelam\u0131 olup vahye dayan\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u0130nsanlar\u0131 d\u00fcnyada ve ahirette mutlulu\u011fa g\u00f6t\u00fcren ilkeler i\u00e7eren bir kitapt\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u0130slam dininin temel kayna\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131 itibar\u0131yla hem b\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n hem de milletimizin ba\u015fucu kitab\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\nM\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar; hayat\u0131 anlamland\u0131rmada, inan\u00e7 ve ibadetlerinde, ahlaki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda ve g\u00fcndelik ya\u015famlar\u0131nda Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019deki ilkeleri esas al\u0131rlar.<br \/>\nOnu hem kendi varolu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 konumland\u0131rmada hem de toplumsal de\u011ferler d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fekillendirmede ana referans olarak kabul ederler.<br \/>\nM\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar; Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019i okuma, anlama ve ya\u015fama gibi \u00f6devlerle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcrler. Bundan dolay\u0131 Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in tan\u0131nmas\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011frenilmesi bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmez bir \u00f6dev h\u00e2lini almaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nKur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim, okunmas\u0131 ibadet olan bir kitapt\u0131r.<br \/>\nNamaz ibadeti ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok din\u00ee g\u00f6revde ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel merasimde Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim okunur.<br \/>\nKur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019i asl\u0131na uygun ve do\u011fru bi\u00e7imde okuyabilmek, onun alfabesini ve ona \u00f6zg\u00fc okuma y\u00f6ntemi olan tecvit kurallar\u0131n\u0131 bilmeyi gerekli k\u0131lar.<br \/>\nAyr\u0131ca baz\u0131 ibadetlerin yap\u0131labilmesi ve \u00e7e\u015fitli merasimlerin usul\u00fcne uygun yerine getirilebilmesi Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in baz\u0131 sure ve ayetlerinin ezberlenmesini gerektirir.<br \/>\nBu gereksinimlere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak orta\u00f6\u011fretim Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim dersi temelde ilahi kitab\u0131n do\u011fru bi\u00e7imde okunmas\u0131 ve ezberlenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan bilgi ve becerileri \u00f6\u011frencilere kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lar.<br \/>\nKur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim okuman\u0131n bir sonucu olarak onun anlam i\u00e7eri\u011finin \u00f6\u011frenilmesi ve verdi\u011fi mesajlar\u0131n kavranmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<br \/>\nKur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim ayetlerinin anlamlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenciler taraf\u0131ndan kavranmas\u0131, do\u011fru bir T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ile aktar\u0131lmas\u0131, Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim okumay\u0131 tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir unsur olarak bu dersin ama\u00e7lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nOrta\u00f6\u011fretim Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim Dersi \u00d6\u011fretim Program\u0131; T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 Maarif Modeli esas al\u0131narak belirlenen kavramsal becerileri, sosyal-duygusal \u00f6\u011frenme becerilerini, okuryazarl\u0131k becerilerini ve e\u011filimlerini Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim okuman\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenilmesi s\u00fcreci ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu Program\u2019da, Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim&#8217;in okunmas\u0131yla ilgili \u00f6\u011frenci merkezli ve beceri temelli \u00f6\u011frenme esas al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu \u00f6\u011frenme modelinde temel becerileri \u00f6n planda tutan, \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6\u011frencinin aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na ve \u00f6\u011fretmen rehberli\u011fine imk\u00e2n veren, \u00f6\u011frencilerin ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapabilecekleri, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015fabilecekleri ortamlar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyulur.<br \/>\nBundan dolay\u0131 Program\u2019da, \u00f6\u011frencilerin geli\u015fim d\u00fczeyini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduran, onlar\u0131n \u00f6n bilgilerini ve e\u011filimlerini harekete ge\u00e7iren anlaml\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmelerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi hedeflenir.
