E\u011fitim sistemimiz ad\u0131na son derece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc ve hatta endi\u015fe verici bir durumdur bu.<br \/>\n\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc &#8220;soru sorma ve hayal kurma becerisi kazand\u0131ramayan ve merak uyand\u0131r\u0131p \u00fcmit ve heyecan yaratamayan bir e\u011fitim sistemi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n gereklerine ve toplumun ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun de\u011fildir.&#8221;<br \/>\nBizdeki e\u011fitim sistemi, maalesef (!) \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za ne hayal kurdurabiliyor ne de merak uyand\u0131r\u0131p \u00fcmit ve heyecan yaratabiliyor. Bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7birini sa\u011flayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, hayat\u0131n herhangi bir alan\u0131nda beceri de kazand\u0131ram\u0131yor.<br \/>\nO nedenledir ki, sadece bilgi y\u00fcklemeye odakl\u0131 bug\u00fcnk\u00fc e\u011fitim sistemimiz sorgulanmaya ve irdelenmeye muhta\u00e7t\u0131r.<br \/>\n&#8220;E\u011fitim, ger\u00e7eklerin \u00f6\u011fretilmesi de\u011fil, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek, ak\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fctmek ve fikir \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in akl\u0131n e\u011fitilmesidir.&#8221; der \u00fcnl\u00fc bilim insan\u0131 Albert Einstein.<br \/>\n\u00dclke olarak, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu anlay\u0131\u015f \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde e\u011fitip, yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve \u00fcretken bir akla sahip olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamam\u0131z gerekirken, da\u011farc\u0131klar\u0131na s\u00fcrekli bilgi y\u00fckl\u00fcyoruz.<br \/>\nBu bilgileri y\u00fcklerken de ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini unutup, yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 ve toku\u015fturmac\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 dayat\u0131yoruz. O y\u00fczdendir ki, \u00fcniversiteyi bitirip i\u015f hayat\u0131na at\u0131lan gen\u00e7lerimizin \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bilmiyor. Bilmedikleri i\u00e7in de ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren i\u015flerde yeterince ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olam\u0131yorlar.<br \/>\nOysa ki, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 e\u011fitimin vazge\u00e7ilmez bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hizmetine sunulan ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7lerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.<br \/>\nB\u00fct\u00fcn bu nedenlerden dolay\u0131 e\u011fitim sistemimizin yeni ba\u015ftan ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 esas alan ve ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan beceri odakl\u0131 bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 laz\u0131m.<br \/>\nBunun i\u00e7in de uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitim yapan meslek okullar\u0131n\u0131n ve teknik okullar\u0131n say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak \u015fart.
