Memur emeklilerinin ayl\u0131klar\u0131na y\u00fczde elli civar\u0131nda zam yap\u0131l\u0131rken, i\u015f\u00e7i ve Ba\u011fkur emeklileri bu art\u0131\u015ftan k\u0131smen mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015flar.
\nAn itibariyle emeklilerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 a\u00e7l\u0131\u011fa ve sefalete mahkum edilmi\u015f durumda.
