B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Hizmetleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 antren\u00f6rlerinden Yasemin Barut\u00e7u\u2019un uygulamal\u0131 anlat\u0131m\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan videolarla, ev ortam\u0131ndaki hareket k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131n bedensel fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n dinamik tutulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.
