Kurulu\u015f ama\u00e7lar\u0131 \u2018Allah yolunda kamil ve olgun insan\u2019 yeti\u015ftirmek olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Hz. Peygamberin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra, \u0130slamiyet\u2019i temsil eden halifelik makam\u0131, devrin egemenleri\/sultanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan siyasi ve askeri g\u00fc\u00e7 dev\u015firmek i\u00e7in hep ele ge\u00e7irilmek istenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ama\u00e7la, Hz. Peygamberin torunu H\u00fcseyin ve yolda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n Kerbela\u2019da katledilmesi, \u0130slam D\u00fcnya\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n derin bir i\u00e7 sars\u0131nt\u0131 ge\u00e7irmesine neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu olayla birlikte \u0130slam tarihi boyunca halifelik makam\u0131 dini bir \u00f6nder olmaktan ziyade, siyasi bir g\u00fc\u00e7 makam\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Zamanla ulemalar(din bilginleri) aras\u0131nda,  adil olmayan ve siyasile\u015fen halifelik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na ve y\u00f6neticilere  kar\u015f\u0131, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan farkl\u0131 \u0130slami yorum ve tart\u0131\u015fmalar yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu durum, \u00e7e\u015fitli tarikatlar\u0131n da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na ve tart\u0131\u015fmalara neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tart\u0131\u015fmalardan en \u00f6nemlisi tart\u0131\u015fma \u0130slam \u00f6\u011fretisinin \u2018ak\u0131l m\u0131, nakil mi\u2019 yoluyla ele al\u0131n\u0131p yorumlanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fidir.<\/p>\n<p>11. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda \u0130mam Gazali\u2019ye( M.\u00d6. 1058-1111) kadar, \u0130slam ulemalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve yorumu kutsal kitap Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n ve Hz. Peygamberin s\u00fcnnetinin(yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n) yorumlanmas\u0131nda akl\u0131n esas al\u0131nmas\u0131 idi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130SLAM CO\u011eRAFYASININ ALTIN \u00c7A\u011eI<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00f6nemde, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman co\u011frafya alt\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (M.S 8-12. Y\u00fczy\u0131l). Sokrates\u2019den -Platon\u2019a Antik Yunan\u2019\u0131n felsefi ve bilimsel t\u00fcm kitaplar\u0131 Arap\u00e7aya \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00f6nemin e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7ok somut bir \u00f6rnek olarak o d\u00f6nemde Ba\u011fdat\u2019taki medreselerde her dinden bilim adam\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta, \u00f6zg\u00fcr bilimsel tart\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu medreselerde,  \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir kural vard\u0131r.  O kurala g\u00f6re \u2018hi\u00e7bir tezi veya \u00f6nermeyi kutsal kitaba dayand\u0131rmamak \u2019t\u0131r(Laik e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131).<\/p>\n<p>Abbasiler d\u00f6nemine denk gelen bu d\u00f6nemde \u0130bni Sina ve \u0130bni Haldun gibi bir\u00e7ok bilim insan\u0131 yeti\u015fmi\u015f. Sultanlar\u0131n \u00e7evresi ulemalarla de\u011fil, Bilim adamlar\u0131 ile doludur ve Sultanlar etraflar\u0131ndaki bilim insanlar\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 ve niteli\u011fi ile \u00f6v\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Bat\u0131 gezgini Marko Polo bu d\u00f6nemde do\u011fuya gelmi\u015f, \u0130slam\u0131n bu d\u00f6nemi ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u015fa\u015fk\u0131na d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. O d\u00f6nemde Avrupa orta \u00e7a\u011f karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famakta, insanlar \u00fczerinde kilise ve din bask\u0131s\u0131 hakimdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130SLAMIN ALTIN\u00c7A\u011eI \u0130MAM GAZZAL\u0130 \u0130LE B\u0130TM\u0130\u015eT\u0130R<\/p>\n<p>M.S 11. Y\u00fczy\u0131la gelindi\u011finde fars k\u00f6kenli \u0130mam Gazzali, \u2018\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n ak\u0131l ile yorumlanmas\u0131na\u2018 ve felsefeye \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r ele\u015ftiriler getirmi\u015ftir. Gazzali, \u0130slam\u2019da akl\u0131 savunan zaman\u0131n (mutezile-\u00e7izgi \u00f6tesi) filozoflar\u0131na \u00f6l\u00fcm fetvalar\u0131 verdi. Medreseleri, k\u00fct\u00fcphane ve kitaplar\u0131 yak\u0131ld\u0131. Ba\u011fdat sokaklar\u0131nda filozoflar kovalanarak katledildiler. Emev\u00eeler de bu \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, devlet ideolojisi olarak ba\u015f tac\u0131 ettiler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, egemenler ko\u015fulsuz itaat istiyorlard\u0131. B\u00f6ylelikle \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131 koyu bir karanl\u0131k d\u00f6neme girdi. Sultanlar\u0131n etraf\u0131nda bilim insanlar\u0131 de\u011fil, ulemalar ve falc\u0131lar yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1071 Malazgirt Sava\u015f\u0131 ile Anadolu\u2019ya giren ba\u015fta Sel\u00e7uklular olmak \u00fczere, kad\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015f tac\u0131 eden T\u00fcrk beylikleri Gazzali nin akl\u0131 d\u0131\u015flayan \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 benimsemediler. Anadolu\u2019da ve T\u00fcrk beyliklerinde, \u015eamanizm\u2019le birle\u015ftirilen Anadolu M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha insani ve kucaklay\u0131c\u0131 idi.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun en somut \u00f6rne\u011fi Mevlevilik ve Bekta\u015filik tarikat\u0131 ve tasavvuf anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 idi. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir h\u00fcmanist (Gel kim olursan ol gel) anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kararak, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ile Anadolu\u2019nun T\u00fcrkle\u015fmesinde ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durum Yavuz Sultan Selim\u2019in de  \u2018b\u00fcy\u00fck islam -Hilafet Ordusu-kurma\u2019 hayali ile Halifeli\u011fi Meml\u00fckl\u00fclerden 1517 y\u0131l\u0131nda ele ge\u00e7irmesine kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak, Arap ulema hi\u00e7bir zaman halifeli\u011fin T\u00fcrklerde olmas\u0131n\u0131 kabullenemedi.<\/p>\n<p>Zamanla Osmanl\u0131 b\u00fcrokrasisini ele ge\u00e7iren -Ebu Suud efendi-  gibi Arap ulemalar Sultanlar\u0131n Arapla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 telkin ederek, imam Gazzali\u2019nin(Emev\u00eelerin)kat\u0131 \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 devlet b\u00fcrokrasisinde h\u00e2kim k\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylelikle zamanla, k\u00e2mil ve olgun insan yeti\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7 edinen, Anadolu\u2019nun T\u00fcrkle\u015fmesini sa\u011flayan daha ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc Mevlevi, Bekta\u015fi tarikatlar\u0131 ve Alevi inanc\u0131 hedef al\u0131nd\u0131 yok edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak bu bask\u0131ya b\u00fcy\u00fck isyanlar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Osmanl\u0131 bu isyanlar\u0131 \u00e7ok kanl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde bast\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te taraftan Gazzali\u2019nin \u2018nakil\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na uygun Irak ve Arap k\u00f6kenli Nak\u015fibendi ve Kadirilik gibi tarikatlar \u00f6zellikle Anadolu\u2019da Gazzali\u2019nin nakil anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterdiler.<\/p>\n<p>1835 Balta Liman\u0131 anla\u015fmas\u0131ndan sonra da \u0130ngiliz\u2019lerin de deste\u011fi ile t\u00fcm tarikatlar Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netiminde etkili oldular.<\/p>\n<p>Hatta baz\u0131 padi\u015fahlar Nak\u015fibendi tarikat\u0131n\u0131n bile \u00fcyesi oldu\u011fu kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>KURTULU\u015e SAVA\u015eINDA TAR\u0130KATLAR HEP D\u00dc\u015eMANLA \u0130\u015e B\u0130RL\u0130\u011e\u0130 YAPTILAR<\/p>\n<p>Tarikatlar, 1919 sonras\u0131 , saray\u0131n talimatlar\u0131 ve \u015eeyh\u00fclislam fetvalar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda KURTULU\u015e M\u00dcCADELES\u0130\u2019ne  destek vermedikleri gibi, kar\u015f\u0131 isyanlarda rol ald\u0131lar. 1925 tarihinde kapat\u0131lmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kadar Cumhuriyetin her devrimine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Mustafa Kemal, Samsun\u2019a ayak bas\u0131p milli m\u00fccadeleye ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra, \u0130zmir\u2019e Yunan i\u015fgali ve Padi\u015fah\u2019\u0131n idam ferman\u0131yla birlikte bir\u00e7ok tarikat \u0130ngiliz ve Yunanl\u0131lar ile birlikte hareket etti. Her yerde, Ankara h\u00fck\u00fcmetine kar\u015f\u0131 halk\u0131 isyana te\u015fvik ettiler. Cumhuriyetin ilan\u0131ndan sonra da t\u00fcm isyanlarda hep tarikatlar ba\u015f rol oynad\u0131lar. Cumhuriyetle beraber laik devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 h\u00e2kim k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Cumhuriyetin kurucu kadrolar\u0131  \u2018Tekke, zaviye ve t\u00fcrbelerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 yasas\u0131\u2019 TBMM de 30 Kas\u0131m 1925 tarihinde kabul edilip, 13 Aral\u0131k 1925 tarihli Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren 677 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun ile hayata ge\u00e7irdiler. Tarikatlar g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p yeralt\u0131na indiler.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7OK PART\u0130L\u0130 HAYATA GE\u00c7\u0130\u015eLE B\u0130RL\u0130KTE \u2018TAR\u0130KATLAR OY DEPOSU\u2018 G\u00d6R\u00dcLD\u00dcLER<\/p>\n<p>Menderes h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin i\u015fba\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015fi ile tarikatlar devlet kat\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kabul g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu durum 2002\u2019ye kadar, Demirel ve \u00d6zal h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc bi\u00e7imde devam ettirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>28 \u015eubat\u2019ta MGK kararlar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde -orduda ve devlet i\u00e7indeki yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131na &#8211; m\u00fcdahale edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak 2002\u2019den sonra ba\u015fta FET\u00d6 olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm Tarikatlar AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n ilk y\u0131llar\u0131ndan beri a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a korunup kollanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ergenekon ve Balyoz davalar\u0131 ile TSK\u2019daki FET\u00d6 tarikat \u00fcyelerinin y\u00fckselmelerinin ve \u00fcst r\u00fctbelere terfilerinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f,<\/p>\n<p>15 Temmuz 2016 FET\u00d6 Silahl\u0131 darbesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir. Darbeden sonra bile farkl\u0131 tarikat mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n devlet dairelerinde, hatta TSK\u2019da \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerine m\u00fcsade edilmi\u015f, ordudaki resm\u00ee hiyerar\u015finin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, bir tarikat hiyerar\u015fisi olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Tarikat\u00e7\u0131 Amiral g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri bas\u0131na yans\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 Emperyalizmi bir\u00e7ok tarikat\u0131(\u00f6rnek Vahabilik) 1920\u2019lerden sonra (\u0130ngilizler taraf\u0131ndan) kurularak, Suudi ve BAE gibi Arap sermayesi \u00fczerinden \u2018Rab\u0131ta\u2019 gibi \u00f6rg\u00fctlerle maddi olarak desteklenmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak Osmanl\u0131\u2019y\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6kerten Nak\u015fibendi tarikat\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok tarikat bug\u00fcn devlet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7ine s\u0131zm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle, devletteki atamalarda \u2018liyakat de\u011fil, tarikatlara sadakat\u2019 aranmakta, her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn devlet i\u00e7ten \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, bir tarikat k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olarak k\u0131z ve erkek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na tecav\u00fcz edilmesi ve son olarakda  6 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011funun evlendirilmesi, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalarda toplumumuzu derinden sarsm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak bu durum asl\u0131nda yeni bir \u015fey olmay\u0131p Anadolu\u2019da tarikatlarda y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle, topluma yararl\u0131 hi\u00e7bir \u015fey \u00fcretmedikleri halde, \u2018sadece cenneti pazarlayarak\u2019 iyi niyetli saf yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 maddi ve manevi s\u00f6m\u00fcren tarikatler, 2023 se\u00e7imlerinden sonra olas\u0131 ilk \u0130ktidar de\u011fi\u015fiminde yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 faaliyetlerinin yasal \u00e7er\u00e7evede tekrar ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6ncelikli konulardan biri olmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Bu k\u00f6\u015fede yay\u0131mlanan  o g\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerim bug\u00fcnde ve yar\u0131nda ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini korumakta ve koruyacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle DEVR\u0130M KANUNLARI UYGULANMALI BATI EMPERYAL\u0130ZM\u0130N EMR\u0130NDEK\u0130 T\u00dcM  TAR\u0130KATLAR KAPATILMALIDIR.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DEVR\u0130M KANUNLARI UYGULANMALI VE AYDINLANMAYA KAR\u015eI OLAN TAR\u0130KATLER KAPATILMALIDIR..!
