Bunun da yolu, evrensel norm ve standartlara sahip, basit ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir anayasadan ge\u00e7er. Fakat tek ba\u015f\u0131na anayasa yetmez. Anayasan\u0131n ruhuna uygun bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n da olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m.<br \/>\nDaha a\u00e7\u0131k bir ifadeyle, demokrasiyi, insan haklar\u0131n\u0131 ve hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc benimsemeniz, \u00f6z\u00fcmsemeniz ve i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmeniz laz\u0131m.
