O nedenledir ki, s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131 stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki Suriyeliler&#8217;in bir an \u00f6nce \u00dclkelerine g\u00f6nderilmeleri \u015fartt\u0131r.
