T\u00fcrkiye’de sat\u0131lan 16 farkl\u0131 marka sofra tuzunda mikroplastik (5 mm’den k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck plastik par\u00e7ac\u0131\u011f\u0131) bulundu\u011fu bildirildi.<\/p>\n
Ye\u015fil Gazete’nin haberine g\u00f6re, \u00c7ukurova \u00dcniversitesi Su \u00dcr\u00fcnleri Fak\u00fcltesi’nden Dr. Sedat G\u00fcndo\u011fdu’nun ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye’nin ba\u015fl\u0131ca tuz \u00fcretim merkezlerinde \u00fcretilen 16 farkl\u0131 markada sofra tuzu, \u015fubat-mart 2017 tarihleri aras\u0131nda piyasadan sat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131p incelendi.<\/p>\n
Ara\u015ft\u0131rmadaki 5’i deniz tuzu, 6’s\u0131 g\u00f6l tuzu ve 5’i kaya tuzu olmak \u00fczere 16 sofra tuzu \u00f6rne\u011fi \u00c7amalt\u0131, Tuz G\u00f6l\u00fc, Palas G\u00f6l\u00fc, Seyfe G\u00f6l\u00fc, Ac\u0131g\u00f6l, \u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131, Cihanbeyli ve Aksaray’da \u00fcretilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n
\u0130ncelemeler sonucunda en y\u00fcksek mikroplastik partik\u00fcl say\u0131s\u0131na deniz tuzunda rastlan\u0131rken, mikroplastik partik\u00fcl say\u0131s\u0131 deniz tuzunda 16-84\/kg, g\u00f6l tuzunda 8-102\/kg ve kaya tuzunda 16-84\/kg olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n
\u00d6rneklerde polietilen (PE), polietilen tereftalat (PET), poli\u00fcretan (PU), polipropilen (PP), polimetil-metakrilat (PMMA), poliamid-6 (PA-6) ve polivinilklorit (PVC) olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok plastik t\u00fcr\u00fcne rastland\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. En s\u0131k rastlanan plastik t\u00fcr\u00fc ise dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ambalaj malzemelerinde tercih edilen polietilen (y\u00fczde 22.9) ve polipropilen (y\u00fczde 19.2).<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrkiye’de bir ki\u015finin g\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz kullan\u0131m miktar\u0131 14.8 ila 18.01 gram. Buna g\u00f6re bir yeti\u015fkin bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde deniz tuzu t\u00fcketiyorsa 248 ila 302 adet, g\u00f6l tuzuyla 202 ila 246 adet ve kaya tuzuyla 63 ila 77 adet mikroplastik par\u00e7ac\u0131\u011f\u0131 yutuyor.<\/p>\n
