Vergi ve Di\u011fer Baz\u0131 Alacaklar\u0131n Yeniden Yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile Baz\u0131 Kanunlarda De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Kanunun 18 May\u0131s 2018 tarihli Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe giren 7143 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun kapsam\u0131nda; abonelerimiz MESK\u0130\u2019ye olan 31 Mart 2018 tarihinden \u00f6nce tahakkuk etmi\u015f bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131land\u0131rabileceklerdir.<\/p>\n
Abonelerimizin su bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demelerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck kolayl\u0131k getiren bu d\u00fczenlemede \u00f6demeleri pe\u015fin yapmalar\u0131 halinde fer\u2019i alacaklar yerine Y\u0130-\u00dcFE (Yurt \u0130\u00e7i \u00dcretici Fiat Endeksi) ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim oranlar\u0131 esas al\u0131narak hesaplanacak tutarlar \u00fczerinden ayr\u0131ca % 50 indirim yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.Yasa ile vade tarihi 31 Mart 2018 ve \u00f6ncesi olan t\u00fcm gecikmi\u015f bor\u00e7lar yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131labilecek, pe\u015fin \u00f6demelerde gecikme zamm\u0131 yerine hesaplanan Yurti\u00e7i \u00dcFE oran\u0131nda y\u00fczde 90 indirim yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Taksitler halinde \u00a0\u00f6demek isteyenlerin ise 6, 9, 12 ve 18 e\u015fit taksitte \u00f6deme se\u00e7eneklerinden birini tercih etmeleri gerekiyor. Yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lan bor\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00a0faizleri silinerek, taksit s\u00fcresine g\u00f6re hesaplanan Yurt \u0130\u00e7i \u00dcretici Fiyat Endeksi ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim oranlar\u0131 ile bulunacak tutar iki\u015fer ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemler halinde \u00f6denecektir. Abonelerimiz bor\u00e7lar\u0131nn\u0131n \u00a0yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan faydalanabilmek i\u00e7in tan\u0131nan ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcresi 27 A\u011fustos 2018 tarihine kadar uzat\u0131ld\u0131.
