T\u00fcrkiye’de yeti\u015ftirilen siyah havu\u00e7, i\u00e7erdi\u011fi antosiyanin pigmentleri sayesinde do\u011fal mor ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 renklendirici \u00fcretiminde \u00f6nemli bir ham madde olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00d6zel i\u015flemlerden ge\u00e7irilen siyah havu\u00e7tan elde edilen pigmentler, konsantre h\u00e2le getirilerek s\u0131v\u0131 veya toz formda g\u0131da sanayisine sunuluyor.<\/p>\n
