Ayan&#8217;\u0131n payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgilere g\u00f6re, gecekondula\u015fma e\u011filimlerinin \u00f6nlenmesi ve konutsuz vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ucuz konut sahibi olmas\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle al\u0131nan karar, 1\/100 bin \u00f6l\u00e7ekli Adana-Mersin \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131&#8217;nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. Plan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ili\u015fkin gerek\u00e7eli karar ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Orman Alan\u0131yd\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Plan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi notunda yer alan en dikkat \u00e7ekici detay ise b\u00f6lgenin niteli\u011fi oldu. Kararda \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;1\/100.000 \u00d6l\u00e7ekli \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131 Revizyonunda \u015fematik olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda &#8216;Orman Alan\u0131&#8217;na isabet etmekte olup alan\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 &#8216;Kentsel Geli\u015fme Alan\u0131&#8217; ve &#8216;Tar\u0131m Alan\u0131&#8217; olarak planlanm\u0131\u015f b\u00f6lgelerde kalmaktad\u0131r.&#8221; Yani Gecekondu \u00d6nleme B\u00f6lgesi ilan edilen 224 bin metrekarelik alan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131, daha \u00f6nceki \u00e7evre d\u00fczeni planlar\u0131nda orman alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Susano\u011flu&#8217;na Kom\u015fu, Otobana 7 Kilometre<\/p>\n<p>Plan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine konu olan Kap\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00f6lgesi, konumu itibar\u0131yla da dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. B\u00f6lge, turizm merkezi Susano\u011flu&#8217;na kom\u015fu konumda bulunuyor. Silifke il\u00e7e merkezine 16 kilometre, \u00c7e\u015fmeli-K\u0131zkalesi otoban g\u00fczergah\u0131na ise sadece 7 kilometre uzakl\u0131kta yer al\u0131yor.
