Baz\u0131 ara\u00e7lar yollarda mahsur kal\u0131rken, \u00e7ekici yard\u0131m\u0131yla bulunduklar\u0131 yerden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Vatanda\u015flara zor anlar ya\u015fatan ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n bir\u00e7ok tar\u0131m alan\u0131na da zarar verdi\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi.
