Yap\u0131yla ilgili gerekli tebligat\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 30 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmad\u0131.
