Kocavilayet Mahallesi&#8217;ndeki 7908 ada 2 nolu parselde yer alacak otel, 2 bin 580 metrekarelik alan\u0131n 750 metrekarelik k\u0131sm\u0131nda kurulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Soventra Otel&#8217;in 62 adet oda ve toplamda 123 yatak kapasitesiyle hizmet verece\u011fi planlanmaktad\u0131r. Odalar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 56 standart oda birinci tip, 3 standart oda ikinci tip, 2 s\u00fcit oda ve 1 bedensel engelli odas\u0131 \u015feklinde tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
