Mersin Valili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan proje i\u00e7in verilen “\u00c7ED Gerekli De\u011fildir” karar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131, Anamur Ziraat Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve vatanda\u015flar taraf\u0131ndan Mersin 1. \u0130dare Mahkemesi’nde dava a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Mahkemenin davan\u0131n kabul\u00fcne karar vermesinin ard\u0131ndan, daval\u0131 idare karar\u0131 temyize g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n
Temyiz incelemesini yapan Dan\u0131\u015ftay 4. Dairesi, Mersin 1. \u0130dare Mahkemesi’nin karar\u0131n\u0131 onayarak kesinle\u015ftirdi. B\u00f6ylece Bozdo\u011fan K\u00f6y\u00fc’nde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan JES projesi hukuken iptal edilmi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n
