Sokak, 13. Cadde ve 2754. Sokak ile \u00e7evrelenen b\u00f6lgede ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, imar plan\u0131nda park ve rekreasyon alan\u0131 olarak belirlenen \u00e7e\u015fitli parseller ile \u00e7evredeki yap\u0131 adalar\u0131n\u0131n hava ak\u0131m\u0131 ve g\u00f6lgelenme dinamikleri birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi. Proje kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen mikroiklim analizinde, alan\u0131n mevcut durumu ile planlanan a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma senaryosu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Analizlere g\u00f6re, \u00f6zellikle yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n ve a\u00e7\u0131k donat\u0131 alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu g\u00fcney ve do\u011fu aks\u0131nda hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 mevcut durumda 36-38 derece seviyelerine ula\u015fabiliyor. \u00d6nerilen a\u011fa\u00e7 dokusunun g\u00f6lgeleme ve buharla\u015fma etkisiyle bu de\u011ferlerin 34-35 derece band\u0131na \u00e7ekilebilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. B\u00f6ylece hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2-3 derecelik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve termal konfor ko\u015fullar\u0131nda iyile\u015ftirilme sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00dcZEY SICAKLIKLARI 20 DERECEYE KADAR GER\u0130L\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Analizlerde, proje alan\u0131n\u0131n orta kesimlerindeki a\u00e7\u0131k sert zeminlerde ve ula\u015f\u0131m akslar\u0131nda y\u00fczey s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n 48-52 dereceye kadar \u00e7\u0131kabildi\u011fi analiz edildi. A\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma sonras\u0131nda ise do\u011frudan g\u00fcne\u015f alan s\u0131cak y\u00fczeylerin g\u00f6lgelenmesiyle y\u00fczey s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgesel olarak 28-32 derece ile 32-36 derece aral\u0131\u011f\u0131na gerileyece\u011fi analiz edildi. Mikroiklim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda insan termal konforunu do\u011frudan etkileyen ve insan v\u00fccudunun maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011frudan termal radyasyon y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc nicelendiren Ortalama Radyant S\u0131cakl\u0131k (MRT) g\u00f6stergesi de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecine dahil edildi. Mevcut durumda g\u00f6lge eleman\u0131 bulunmayan b\u00f6lgelerde MRT de\u011ferleri 70-74 derece seviyelerine ula\u015f\u0131rken, \u00f6nerilen bitkisel tasar\u0131m senaryosu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde olu\u015fturulacak g\u00f6lge hacimleri sayesinde bu de\u011ferlerin ilgili alanlarda 38-42 derece band\u0131na gerileyece\u011fi sim\u00fcle edilmi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131ndan biri, insan termal konforunun de\u011ferlendirilmesinde temel bir indeks olan Fizyolojik E\u015fde\u011fer S\u0131cakl\u0131k (PET) analizleri neticesinde elde edilmi\u015ftir. Mevcut durumda alandaki a\u00e7\u0131k kamusal alanlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda PET 53-59 derece aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda seyretti\u011fi ve bu alanlar\u0131n yaya sirk\u00fclasyonu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u201ca\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131l stres\u201d kategorisinde konumland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Geli\u015ftirilen bitkisel peyzaj (a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma) senaryosu ile olu\u015fturulacak g\u00f6lgeleme etkisi sayesinde, s\u00f6z konusu fizyolojik s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n ilgili alanlarda 41-44 derece seviyelerine gerileyece\u011fi sim\u00fcle edilmi\u015ftir. Bu do\u011frultuda, rekreasyon ve yaya dola\u015f\u0131m akslar\u0131nda termal konfor ko\u015fullar\u0131nda 15 dereceyi a\u015fan mertebede b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir iyile\u015fme sa\u011flanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20 YILLIK EKOLOJ\u0130K ETK\u0130 DE HESAPLANDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projenin yaln\u0131zca mikroklimatik etkileri de\u011fil, 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te olu\u015fturabilece\u011fi ekolojik faydalar da modellendi. Bu kapsamda ABD Orman Servisi (USDA) taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen I-Tree yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 kullan\u0131larak karbon sekestrasyonu, y\u00fczeysel ak\u0131\u015f y\u00f6netimi ve hava kirlili\u011fi giderimi potansiyelleri analiz edildi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada 7 farkl\u0131 bitki t\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011ferlendirildi. Jakaranda ve \u0130srail Kau\u00e7u\u011fu geni\u015f ta\u00e7 yap\u0131lar\u0131 nedeniyle y\u00fczey s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ortalama radyant s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesinde; Ke\u00e7iboynuzu ve Defne ise s\u00fcrekli karbon yuta\u011f\u0131 kapasitesinin desteklenmesi ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n dengelenmesinde kullan\u0131lacak. Oya ve Orkide a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 ise yaya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde morfolojik ve g\u00f6rsel \u00e7e\u015fitlilik sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla tasar\u0131ma dahil edildi. Mersin\u2019in s\u0131cak ve kurak yaz ko\u015fullar\u0131na adaptasyonu y\u00fcksek kurak\u00e7\u0131l t\u00fcrlerin tercih edilmesiyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve diren\u00e7li bir kentsel ye\u015fil altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k projeksiyona g\u00f6re olu\u015fturulacak bitki dokusunun kent ekosistemine sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 faydalar da dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma alan\u0131, havadan toplam a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 10 bin 500 ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefona denk gelen zehirli gaz ve tehlikeli partik\u00fcl maddeyi filtreleme potansiyeline sahip olacak. Projeksiyonda bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn karbon depolama kapasitesi de hesapland\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rman\u0131n, bir binek arac\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 750 bin kilometre yol yaparak atmosfere sald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zararl\u0131 CO\u2082 emisyonuna denk miktardaki karbonu emerek etkisiz hale getirme kapasitesine ula\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Projenin bir di\u011fer \u00e7evresel kazan\u0131m\u0131 ise ya\u011fmur suyu y\u00f6netimi olacak. Analizlere g\u00f6re a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma alan\u0131, \u015fiddetli ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar s\u0131ras\u0131nda kentsel altyap\u0131 ve drenaj hatlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc azaltarak 3 olimpik y\u00fczme havuzunu dolduracak hacimde ya\u011fmur suyunu y\u00fczey ak\u0131\u015fa ge\u00e7meden tutma ve yeralt\u0131 su rezervlerine kazand\u0131rma potansiyeline sahip.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SICAKLIK \u0130\u00c7\u0130N YE\u015e\u0130L FORM\u00dcL; DO\u011eRU A\u011eA\u00c7, DO\u011eRU KONUM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mente\u015f Mahallesi\u2019nde ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131 ve t\u00fcm Yeni\u015fehir\u2019e yaymay\u0131 hedefledikleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile kentsel ye\u015fil altyap\u0131y\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin kent \u00fczerindeki etkilerini azaltmay\u0131 ve kent sakinleri i\u00e7in daha serin, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve konforlu d\u0131\u015f mek\u00e2nlar olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Yeni\u015fehir Belediyesi \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve S\u0131f\u0131r At\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u00d6yk\u00fc Zor \u00c7aml\u0131, \u201cA\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yaln\u0131zca ye\u015fil alan miktar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran bir uygulama olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fcyoruz. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum, kentsel \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 etkisinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, ya\u011fmur suyunun toprakta tutulmas\u0131, hava kalitesinin iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve kentte termal konforun art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan do\u011fa temelli bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak ele al\u0131yoruz. Bitki se\u00e7iminde de Mersin\u2019in s\u0131cak ve kurak yaz ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131, t\u00fcrlerin su stresi tolerans\u0131n\u0131, g\u00f6lgeleme kapasitesini ve mikroiklim \u00fczerindeki etkilerini dikkate al\u0131yoruz. B\u00f6ylece bulundu\u011fu alana uyum sa\u011flayan, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 daha verimli kullanan ve uzun vadede kentimizin iklim direncine katk\u0131 sunan bir ye\u015fil altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda dikim uygulamalar\u0131 Park ve Bah\u00e7eler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ekiplerince ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.\u201d dedi.
