T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi Genel Kurulu’nda konu\u015fan YEN\u0130 Parti Mersin Milletvekili Talat Din\u00e7er, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve Orta \u00d6l\u00e7ekli \u0130\u015fletmeleri Destekleme ve Geli\u015ftirme \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’n\u0131n (KOSGEB) mevcut uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 ele\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n

Din\u00e7er, KOSGEB’in temel amac\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck i\u015fletmeleri g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek, giri\u015fimcileri desteklemek, \u00fcretimi art\u0131rmak ve istihdam olu\u015fturmak oldu\u011funu belirterek, uygulamada bu hedeflerden uzakla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zellikle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli i\u015fletmeler ile gen\u00e7 giri\u015fimcilerin destek programlar\u0131ndan yararlanmakta ciddi zorluklar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Din\u00e7er, b\u00fcrokratik i\u015flemlerin giri\u015fimciler \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli bir y\u00fck olu\u015fturdu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Destek s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin daha sade ve eri\u015filebilir hale getirilmesi gerekti\u011fini dile getiren Din\u00e7er, giri\u015fimcilerin uzun prosed\u00fcrlerle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmadan \u00fcretime odaklanabilmesi gerekti\u011fini savundu.<\/p>\n
