Halk\u0131 olumsuz etkileyen, kamu yarar\u0131n\u0131 zedeleyen sorunlarla ilgili olarak iktidar\u0131 ve y\u00f6neticileri ele\u015ftirmek, uyarmak, bu varl\u0131k nedeninin olmazsa olmaz\u0131d\u0131r. Haber ger\u00e7ekse, haber g\u00fcncelse, yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131nda kamu yarar\u0131 varsa, haber yap\u0131l\u0131r, yay\u0131nlan\u0131r, sunulur ve yorumlan\u0131r. Gazetecilerin s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6zalt\u0131 ve soru\u015fturma tehdidiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 halk\u0131n haber alma hakk\u0131n\u0131 hedef almaktad\u0131r.
