Al\u0131nan bilgiye g\u00f6re, bir s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yol verme tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda trafi\u011fi tehlikeye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme an\u0131 ara\u00e7 kameras\u0131na saniye saniye yans\u0131d\u0131. \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Trafik Denetleme \u015eubesi ekipleri de g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak trafi\u011fi tehlikeye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren arac\u0131 kullanan \u015fahs\u0131n R.M., otomobilin ise onun e\u015fine ait oldu\u011funu belirledi. Bunun \u00fczerine olayla ilgili s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ve ara\u00e7 sahibine 2918 say\u0131l\u0131 K.T.K.\u2019nun 36\/3-A maddesi kapsam\u0131nda 80 bin TL, 48\/4 maddesi kapsam\u0131nda 180 bin TL ve 47\/1-D maddesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ise bin TL trafik cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131. \u00d6teyandan di\u011fer ara\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc S.\u00dc.\u2019ye ise 2918 say\u0131l\u0131 K.T.K.\u2019nun 67\/1-A maddesi kapsam\u0131nda 2 bin 719 TL trafik cezas\u0131 kesildi.
