Bu y\u0131l ikincisi d\u00fczenlenen festival Akdeniz ve \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu’nun ortak lezzet yemeklerinden k\u0131s\u0131ra benzeyen ancak tahin, yer f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya susam eklenerek haz\u0131rlanan ve genellikle so\u011fuk suyla \u00e7orba k\u0131vam\u0131nda t\u00fcketilen ferahlat\u0131c\u0131 bir yemek \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Festivalin A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan G\u00fclnar Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fatih \u00d6nge, “festivallerin y\u00f6resel de\u011ferlerimizi tan\u0131tmak ve halk\u0131m\u0131zla bir araya gelerek birlik dayan\u0131\u015fma ve karde\u015fli\u011fimizi geli\u015ftiren
\n\u00f6nemli f\u0131rsatlard\u0131r. Bu vesile ile y\u00f6resel bat\u0131r\u0131k ile k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc tan\u0131t\u0131p halk\u0131m\u0131za da ikramlarda bulunaca\u011f\u0131z.
