B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir bu uygulamayla; ihtiya\u00e7 sahibi yurtta\u015flara y\u00f6nelik sosyal desteklerini aral\u0131ks\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcrerek, kentte dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yurtta\u015f\u0131n cebine destek uygulama:\u00a0<em>&#8216;Halk Kart&#8217;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Temel ihtiya\u00e7 ve g\u0131da maddelerinin eri\u015fiminde kullan\u0131lan B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir\u00a0<strong><em>&#8216;Halk Kart&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0uygulamas\u0131 sayesinde dar gelirli yurtta\u015flar\u0131n aile b\u00fct\u00e7esine katk\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131rken, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerin anla\u015fmal\u0131 yerel market ve bakkallardan yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla da kent esnaf\u0131na destek veriliyor.
