M\u00fchendislik alan\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla tan\u0131nan Zeren, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fcniversitenin geli\u015fiminde aktif rol \u00fcstlenen isimler aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Makine m\u00fchendisli\u011fi alan\u0131nda \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revler \u00fcstlenen, b\u00f6l\u00fcm ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve dekanl\u0131k yapan Prof. Dr. Zeren, \u00f6zellikle yenilenebilir enerji konular\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7ekti. Mersin Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131-MTSO- Genel Sekreterli\u011fi g\u00f6revi de dahil olmak \u00fczere i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ile birlikte Mersin i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli pek \u00e7ok projelere imza att\u0131.
