CHP Adana Milletvekili Orhan S\u00fcmer, piyasada ya\u015fanan derin nakit s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, artan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z \u00e7ek ve protestolu senet say\u0131lar\u0131 ile esnaf\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu \u00e7aresizli\u011fe dair sert bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131. S\u00fcmer, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n
“\u0130hracat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n belkemi\u011fi olan KOB\u0130’lerimiz ve esnaflar\u0131m\u0131z, piyasadaki nakit s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle \u00e2deta nefessiz kalm\u0131\u015f durumda. Y\u00fcksek enflasyon ve kredi darbo\u011faz\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden esnaf\u0131m\u0131z mal\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6nd\u00fcremiyor, borcunu bor\u00e7la kapatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.”<\/p>\n

Piyasadaki t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n resmi verilere de \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc bir \u015fekilde yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Orhan S\u00fcmer, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk d\u00f6rt ay\u0131na ait verileri payla\u015farak konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n
\u201cRakamlar ac\u0131 tabloyu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor: Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk d\u00f6rt ay\u0131nda bankalara ibraz edilen 101 binden fazla \u00e7ek kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z \u00e7ek say\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fczde 14 artarken, bu \u00e7eklerin tutar\u0131 y\u00fczde 61 gibi devasa bir oranda artarak 104 milyar liraya ula\u015ft\u0131. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde 103 binin \u00fczerinde senet de protesto edildi ve tutar\u0131 40,5 milyar liray\u0131 buldu.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ekonomik zincirin halkalar\u0131n\u0131n koptu\u011funu belirten S\u00fcmer, esnaf\u0131n ciddi bir adli tehditle de kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131:<\/p>\n
“Piyasadaki t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131k nedeniyle alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahsil edemeyen esnaf\u0131m\u0131z, kendi \u00e7ekini \u00f6deyemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in bir yanda da hapis cezas\u0131 riskiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131yor.” Dedi.<\/p>\n

H\u00fck\u00fcmetin \u00f6nceliklerinin vatanda\u015f\u0131n ve esnaf\u0131n g\u00fcndeminden tamamen kopuk oldu\u011funu dile getiren CHP’li S\u00fcmer, acil \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm paketinin derhal devreye sokulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle noktalad\u0131:<\/p>\n
“Ekonominin can damar\u0131 olan KOB\u0130’lerimizi ve esnaf\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 rahatlatacak sicil aff\u0131, finansmana kolay eri\u015fim ve adil vergi d\u00fczenlemeleri gibi acil ekonomik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler derhal devreye sokulmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d Dedi.<\/p>\n
