Mersin’in Silifke il\u00e7esinde CHP’li Silifke Belediyesine y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenlenen operasyonda Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Turgut’un da aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu 18 \u015f\u00fcpheli g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Operasyonun, r\u00fc\u015fvet, irtikap, ihaleye fesat kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma ve g\u00f6revi k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullanma iddialar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi bildirildi.
\nEdinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, Silifke Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan sabah saatlerinde Silifke Belediyesine operasyon d\u00fczenlendi. Jandarma ekipleri belediye binas\u0131nda arama yaparken, mesai ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda gelen baz\u0131 personelin binaya giri\u015fine izin verilmedi.
\nOperasyon kapsam\u0131nda belediye binas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7ok say\u0131da adreste de e\u015f zamanl\u0131 arama ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u0130lk belirlemelere g\u00f6re Silifke Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Turgut ile birlikte \u00e7ok say\u0131da belediye y\u00f6neticisi, personel ve belediyeyle i\u015f ili\u015fkisi bulunan baz\u0131 \u015firket temsilcileri g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.
\nSoru\u015fturman\u0131n, belediyede g\u00f6rev yapan baz\u0131 kamu g\u00f6revlileri ile bu ki\u015filerle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlendirilen \u015fah\u0131slar hakk\u0131nda gelen ihbarlar ve elde edilen deliller do\u011frultusunda ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.
\nSoru\u015fturma \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, belediye b\u00fcnyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen baz\u0131 ihale, do\u011frudan temin, festival, organizasyon, reklam, matbaa, ara\u00e7 kiralama, yiyecek, i\u00e7ecek, g\u0131da ve zirai malzeme al\u0131mlar\u0131nda usuls\u00fczl\u00fck yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayr\u0131ca baz\u0131 imar i\u015flemlerinde vatanda\u015flardan haks\u0131z menfaat talep edildi\u011fi ve \u00e7e\u015fitli para hareketlerinin belediye faaliyetleri ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 yap\u0131lar \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki iddialar\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.
\nSoru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda tan\u0131k ve \u015f\u00fcpheli ifadeleri, HTS ve PTS kay\u0131tlar\u0131, banka hesap hareketleri, teknik incelemeler ile ilgili kurum kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi, elde edilen bulgular do\u011frultusunda 19 Haziran 2026 tarihinde operasyon karar\u0131 verildi\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi.
\nOperasyonda toplam 18 \u015f\u00fcpheli yakalan\u0131rken, hakk\u0131nda yakalama karar\u0131 bulunan 1 \u015f\u00fcphelinin aranmas\u0131na devam edildi\u011fi, \u015f\u00fcphelilerin ikametlerinde, i\u015f yerlerinde, ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda, \u015firketlerinde ve Silifke Belediyesinde iddialara konu birimlerde arama i\u015flemlerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenildi.
