Ali Bozan\u2019\u0131n, bankalar\u0131n POS cihazlar\u0131ndan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 komisyon oranlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 0,5 ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren kanun teklifi, TBMM Genel Kurulu\u2019nda AKP ve MHP milletvekillerinin oylar\u0131yla reddedildi.<\/p>\n<p>Teklifin gerek\u00e7esini Genel Kurul\u2019da anlatan Bozan, kredi kart\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131yla birlikte esnaf\u0131n her sat\u0131\u015ftan bankalara y\u00fcksek oranlarda komisyon \u00f6dedi\u011fini belirterek, \u201cEsnaf kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fckk\u00e2n\u0131na de\u011fil, bankalara b\u0131rak\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bankalar\u0131n baz\u0131 i\u015flemlerde y\u00fczde 3,5\u2019e varan komisyonlar ald\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Bozan, g\u00fcnl\u00fck 100 bin lira kartl\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f yapan bir esnaf\u0131n ay sonunda yakla\u015f\u0131k 90 bin lira komisyon \u00f6dedi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda esnaf\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara da de\u011finen Bozan, T\u00fcrkiye Esnaf ve Sanatk\u00e2rlar Konfederasyonu verilerine g\u00f6re yaln\u0131zca 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 120 binden fazla esnaf\u0131n faaliyetini sonland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Teklifin reddedilmesine tepki g\u00f6steren Bozan, \u201cMeclis bug\u00fcn bir tercih yapt\u0131. Milyonlarca esnaf\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc hafifletecek d\u00fczenleme yerine bankalar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 korundu.
