A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler yer ald\u0131:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye Gazeteciler Cemiyeti olarak, CHP\u2019ye ili\u015fkin mutlak butlan karar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan taraflar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi toplant\u0131lar s\u0131ras\u0131nda gazetecilere y\u00f6nelik m\u00fcdahale ve sald\u0131r\u0131lara bir de \u2018sar\u0131 zarf al\u0131yorsunuz\u2019 su\u00e7lamas\u0131n\u0131n eklenmesini kayg\u0131yla izliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Mutlak butlan karar\u0131 ard\u0131ndan atanan CHP Y\u00f6netiminin S\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc M\u00fcslim Sar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bas\u0131n dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtilen H\u00fcseyin Do\u011fan, 11 Haziran 2026 Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131da kurultay ve tedbir kararlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin soru soran Gazete Pencere muhabiri Y\u0131ld\u0131z Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu\u2019nu \u2018Sar\u0131 zarf al\u0131yorsunuz\u2019 diyerek su\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130ddia sahibi elinde bir kan\u0131t varsa kamuoyuyla payla\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Gazetecilerin g\u00f6revi, kamuoyunu ilgilendiren konularda soru sormak, bilgi talep etmek ve halk\u0131n haber alma hakk\u0131na hizmet etmektir. Bas\u0131n ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fcvencesi olan gazetecilerin soru sormas\u0131 engellenemez, bu nedenle gazetecilerin mesleki faaliyetleri nedeniyle hedef g\u00f6sterilmesi ya da itham edilmesi kabul edilemez.<\/p>\n<p>Soru soran gazetecilere yan\u0131t vermek istemeyen ya da veremeyen siyaset\u00e7ilerin ve dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n gazetecileri \u2018sar\u0131 zarf al\u0131yorsunuz\u2019 diyerek para almakla su\u00e7lamalar\u0131n\u0131n eski bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k oldu\u011funu biliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak demokratik toplumlarda kamu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kullananlar ve siyasal akt\u00f6rler, gazetecilerin sorular\u0131na su\u00e7lama ve ithamlarla de\u011fil, a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k ve \u015feffafl\u0131kla yan\u0131t vermekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Ana muhalefet partisi CHP\u2019nin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 gazetecileri su\u00e7layarak a\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kamuoyunu ilgilendiren t\u00fcm olaylar hakk\u0131nda halk\u0131 objektif ve ger\u00e7ekleri yans\u0131tacak bi\u00e7imde ayd\u0131nlatmak bas\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131k nedenidir. Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n 28\u2019inci maddesi ile 5187 say\u0131l\u0131 Bas\u0131n Yasas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 3\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi bas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revini ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yaln\u0131zca gazetecilerin de\u011fil, toplumun haber alma ve ger\u00e7eklere ula\u015fma hakk\u0131n\u0131n da teminat\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle gazetecilere y\u00f6nelik her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bask\u0131, m\u00fcdahale, hedef g\u00f6sterme ve itibars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma giri\u015fimi do\u011frudan do\u011fruya halk\u0131n haber alma hakk\u0131n\u0131 da zedelemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>CHP Y\u00f6netimi\u2019nden bas\u0131nla ili\u015fkilerden sorumlu ekibinin tutumunu g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmesini, meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za y\u00f6nelik haks\u0131z ve \u00e7irkin su\u00e7lamalar yapmak yerine sorulan sorular\u0131 yan\u0131tlayabilecek yeterlilikte bir ekip olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz.
