A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi&#8217;nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen &#8216;doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k&#8217; davas\u0131n\u0131n karar duru\u015fmas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Karar duru\u015fmas\u0131na san\u0131klardan \u0130brahim T. ve taraf avukatlar\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131. Mahkeme heyeti karara verece\u011fini belirterek savc\u0131dan m\u00fctalaas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Savc\u0131 m\u00fctalaas\u0131nda, 5237 Say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunun 158\/1.h maddesinde d\u00fczenlenen &#8216;Tacir veya \u015firket y\u00f6neticisi olan ya da \u015firket ad\u0131na hareket eden ki\u015filerin ticari faaliyetleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k&#8217; su\u00e7unu i\u015fledikleri ayr\u0131ca san\u0131k Haluk Bozdo\u011fan, Ziya K. ve \u0130brahim T.&#8217;nin birlikte \u00fczerlerine at\u0131l\u0131 &#8216;nitelikli doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k&#8217; su\u00e7unu i\u015flediklerinin anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan 5237 Say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanununun 158\/3 maddesinde d\u00fczenlenen nitelikli halin uygulanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi sabit olmakla san\u0131klar\u0131n eylemlerine uyan TCK&#8217;n\u0131n 158\/1.h 158\/3 maddeleri uyar\u0131nca cezaland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p tutuklanmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti.<br \/>\nTaraf avukatlar\u0131n\u0131n savunmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan mahkeme heyeti karar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Kararda mahkeme heyeti, eski Ba\u015fkan Bozdo\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n da aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu 3 san\u0131\u011fa da 60 y\u0131l, 7 ay 15 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131, ayr\u0131ca 575&#8217;er bin TL&#8217;de para cezas\u0131 verdi.
