\nKay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerin emeklilik hakk\u0131, i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri, i\u015f kazas\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flanan g\u00fcvenceler gibi bir\u00e7ok sosyal haktan mahrum kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ko\u00e7, bu durumun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na itti\u011fini kaydetti.
\nKay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n sadece bireysel de\u011fil toplumsal ve ekonomik zararlar da olu\u015fturdu\u011funu ifade eden Ko\u00e7, haks\u0131z rekabet, vergi ve prim kayb\u0131, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik sisteminde bozulma ve gelir da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda adaletsizlik gibi olumsuzluklara yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.

\n\u00dccret \u00f6demelerinde banka kanal\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da yasal zorunluluk oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Ko\u00e7, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 3 ve daha fazla i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran i\u015fletmelerde \u00fccretlerin banka arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00f6denmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtti.
