Musa T\u00fcl\u00fc ve ailesi, annesinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 evin ikinci kat\u0131nda kal\u0131rken gece rahats\u0131zlan\u0131p kusma ve mide bulant\u0131s\u0131 \u015fikayetiyle Bozyaz\u0131 Devlet Hastanesi&#8217;ne ba\u015fvurdu. Aileden \u00f6nce \u00d6mer Selim, ard\u0131ndan Azra yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelere ra\u011fmen hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Anne ve baba ise ambulansla Mersin \u015eehir Hastanesi&#8217;ne sevk edildi. Hamile anne ile baban\u0131n tedavisi tamamland\u0131, bug\u00fcn taburcu edildi.
