Yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 kilometre mesafede kurulan yerle\u015fkenin, 8 binden fazla ki\u015fiye ev sahipli\u011fi yapmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Aleksey Likhachev, projeye ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, insan odakl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 vurgulayarak \u201cHer projenin as\u0131l de\u011feri insand\u0131r, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r\u201d dedi. Likhachev, yerle\u015fim haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve modern ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131n\u0131n hedeflendi\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Toplam 80 hektarl\u0131k alana kurulan proje, \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famada tamamlanacak. \u0130lk etapta 816 daire, 1000 ki\u015filik okul (spor merkezi ve kapal\u0131 y\u00fczme havuzuyla birlikte) ile 450 ki\u015filik anaokulu in\u015fa ediliyor. \u0130kinci a\u015famada 732 daire, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc a\u015famada ise 1100 daire yer alacak.<\/p>\n<p>Yerle\u015fkenin altyap\u0131s\u0131nda ise dikkat \u00e7eken unsurlar bulunuyor. Tam kapasiteli yedekli elektrik sistemi, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z su temin kaynaklar\u0131 ve ar\u0131tma tesisleri ile donat\u0131lan projede, her konutta ayr\u0131 m\u00fchendislik altyap\u0131s\u0131 kuruluyor.
