Dairesi<\/u>\u00a0ve\u00a0<u>Dan\u0131\u015ftay \u0130dari Dava Daireleri Kurulu<\/u>\u00a0kararlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda s\u00f6z konusu plan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin 18 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihinde kesin olarak iptal edildi\u011fi vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Mahkeme karar\u0131nda; proje alan\u0131n\u0131n birinci derece tar\u0131m arazisi niteli\u011finde oldu\u011fu, b\u00f6lgede narenciye ve zeytin a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu, tar\u0131msal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn korunmu\u015f oldu\u011fu ve bu nedenle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck sanayi sitesi i\u00e7in uygun bir yer se\u00e7imi yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, bu iptal karar\u0131na ra\u011fmen\u00a0<u>\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/u>\u00a0taraf\u0131ndan ayn\u0131 alan\u0131n bu kez \u201cOrganize Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k B\u00f6lgesi\u201d olarak yeniden planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.
