Ayr\u0131ca altyap\u0131 ve \u00e7evre d\u00fczenleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da proje kapsam\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3>3,93 milyar TL\u2019lik yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/h3>\n<p>Projeye ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klanan toplam bedel 3.939.987.961 TL olarak duyuruldu.<\/p>\n<p>Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n, Mersin Akdeniz il\u00e7esi Yaka Mahallesi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bulunan 138 ada 1, 2, 4, 5, 24, 25, 27, 28 ve 61 parseller \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Proje alan\u0131n\u0131n toplam b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ise 15,151 hektar (151.509 metrekare) olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>36 ayda tamamlanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor<\/h3>\n<p>Projede konut tiplerinin 2+1 ve 3+1 dairelerden olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat s\u00fcresinin 36 ay, zemin kaz\u0131s\u0131 ve hafriyat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ise 12 ay i\u00e7inde tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131nda 80 personel, i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131nda ise 36 personel g\u00f6rev yapacak.<\/p>\n<p>Konutlar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131yla birlikte yakla\u015f\u0131k 4.244 ki\u015fi ya\u015fam alan\u0131nda ikamet edecek.
