Ayan\u2019\u0131n payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belgeler ve tarihler, ayn\u0131 nitelikteki projelere farkl\u0131 muamele yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 alevlendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ddian\u0131n merkezinde, Mersin Valili\u011fi \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 20 Temmuz 2025 tarihli karar\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. Buna g\u00f6re, Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan Yeni\u015fehir\u2013Mezitli sahil band\u0131nda planlanan \u201ckumsal olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve plaj d\u00fczenleme projesi\u201d i\u00e7in\u00a0<b>\u201c\u00c7evresel Etki De\u011ferlendirmesi (\u00c7ED) Gereklidir\u201d<\/b>\u00a0karar\u0131 verildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak aradan ge\u00e7en\u00a0<b>9 aya ra\u011fmen<\/b>\u00a0projeye ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinin h\u00e2l\u00e2 sonu\u00e7lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor. Kentin denizle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesini hedefleyen ve sahil kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan proje, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te fiilen ask\u0131da kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan ayn\u0131 m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen benzer bir projede \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 hareket etti\u011fi ortaya kondu. K\u00fcrk \u0130n\u015faat\u2019\u0131n Erdemli Kumkuyu b\u00f6lgesinde hayata ge\u00e7irmeyi planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 turizm tesisi kapsam\u0131ndaki k\u0131y\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u00c7ED s\u00fcreci,\u00a0<b>6 ay gibi k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede<\/b>\u00a0tamamland\u0131. 30 May\u0131s 2024\u2019te projeye\u00a0<b>\u201c\u00c7ED Gerekli De\u011fil \/ \u00c7ED Olumlu\u201d<\/b>\u00a0karar\u0131 verildi.<\/p>\n<p>Her iki projede de\u00a0<b>dalgak\u0131ran, mahmuz ve mendirek<\/b>\u00a0gibi k\u0131y\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yer almas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekerken; kamuya ait b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir kent projesinin bekletilmesi, \u00f6zel bir \u015firketin projesinin ise h\u0131zla onaylanmas\u0131 soru i\u015faretlerini art\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ayan, bu tabloyu \u201cBir kentin \u00f6n\u00fc devlet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n tercihiyle nas\u0131l kesilir? Tam da b\u00f6yle kesilir\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle de\u011ferlendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Uzmanlara g\u00f6re, \u00f6zellikle Akdeniz kentlerinde sahil d\u00fczenleme projeleri yaln\u0131zca estetik de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda turizm ve kent ekonomisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da kritik \u00f6neme sahip. Bu noktada Barselona \u00f6rne\u011fi s\u0131k\u00e7a hat\u0131rlat\u0131l\u0131yor.
