Toplant\u0131da spor politikalar\u0131ndan e\u011fitim yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na, kent y\u00f6netimine ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemelerden sosyal hizmetlere kadar bir\u00e7ok konu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u00fcrken, karar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde ortak ak\u0131l ve uzla\u015f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SPOR DESTEKLER\u0130 VE KENT D\u00dcZENLEMELER\u0130 G\u00dcNDEMDEYD\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Amat\u00f6r spor kul\u00fcplerine nakdi destek sa\u011flanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik teklif meclis g\u00fcndemine al\u0131narak ilgili komisyonlara sevk edildi. Kul\u00fcplerin faaliyet belgeleri do\u011frultusunda de\u011ferlendirilmesi planlanan d\u00fczenlemenin, e\u015fitlik\u00e7i bir sistemle uygulanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Ba\u015fkan Bolta\u00e7, sporun yaln\u0131zca bir faaliyet alan\u0131 de\u011fil, gen\u00e7lerin geli\u015fimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir yat\u0131r\u0131m oldu\u011funu belirterek desteklerin y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda verilmesinin daha anlaml\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan biri de kent konseyine ili\u015fkin ta\u015f\u0131nmaz d\u00fczenlemesi oldu. Uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r farkl\u0131 sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n da kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131n daha nitelikli hale getirilmesi amac\u0131yla mevcut tahsis karar\u0131 iptal edilerek alan\u0131n belediye taraf\u0131ndan yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Yap\u0131lacak d\u00fczenlemelerin ard\u0131ndan alan\u0131n kent konseyinin kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k olmaya devam edece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SU FATURALARI VE VATANDA\u015e GER\u0130 B\u0130LD\u0130R\u0130MLER\u0130 ELE ALINDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da su faturalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin vatanda\u015flardan gelen geri bildirimler de yap\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda, faturalar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca su bedelinden de\u011fil; evsel at\u0131k ve kat\u0131 at\u0131k toplama bedellerinden olu\u015ftu\u011fu, bu kalemlerin de mevzuat ve maliyet hesaplar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda belirlendi\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle i\u015f yerlerine yans\u0131yan tutarlara ili\u015fkin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczerine, mevcut uygulamalar\u0131n daha anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r hale getirilmesi ve ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131 halinde iyile\u015ftirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde teknik ve hukuki bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda ortak bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimsendi. Tarsus Belediyesi\u2019nin, t\u00fcketim olmayan yerlerden \u00fccret al\u0131nmamas\u0131 gibi uygulamalarla vatanda\u015f lehine bir anlay\u0131\u015f ortaya koydu\u011fu vurgulan\u0131rken, s\u00fcrecin \u015feffafl\u0131k ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme ile ilerletilece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan Ba\u015fkan Bolta\u00e7, \u201cBilgi kirlili\u011fini ortadan kald\u0131rmak, konuyu do\u011fru \u015fekilde anlatmak ve vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z lehine ne yap\u0131labiliyorsa onu ortaya koymak istiyoruz.
