Ayr\u0131ca 3 adet ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ise ayn\u0131 kanunun 35(a) ve 36. maddeleri kapsam\u0131nda kapal\u0131 teklif usul\u00fc ile yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130hale Tarihi ve Yeri<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130hale, 04 Mart 2026 \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 14.00\u2019te, Toros Mahallesi\u2019nde bulunan Yeni Belediye Hizmet Binas\u0131 Meclis Salonu\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u015eartname Bedeli ve Ba\u015fvuru<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130haleye kat\u0131lmak isteyenlerin, ihale \u015fartnamesi ve eklerini Silifke Belediyesi Emlak ve \u0130stimlak M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden 1.000 TL bedel kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda temin etmeleri gerekiyor. \u015eartname ve ekleri, belediye hizmet binas\u0131n\u0131n 1. kat\u0131nda yer alan Emlak ve \u0130stimlak M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek ve sat\u0131n al\u0131nabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Tekliflerin ise 04 Mart 2026 \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 12.00\u2019ye kadar Emlak ve \u0130stimlak M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne elden teslim edilmesi gerekiyor.
