PM2.5, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131\u00a0sonucu a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmakta ve canl\u0131larda \u00e7ok ciddi kalp, damar, solunum, dola\u015f\u0131m sistemi\u00a0problemlerine neden olmakta ve maruz kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 seviyeye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak da \u00f6l\u00fcmlere yol\u00a0a\u00e7abilmektedir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda PM2,5 deri\u015fim analizinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.\u00a0Ancak, Mersin ilimizde ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda baz\u0131 istasyonlarda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen PM2,5 2025\u00a0y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclememi\u015ftir. Bu durum kentimiz i\u00e7in \u00e7evre y\u00f6netimi ve halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en kritik eksikliklerden birisidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc PM2,5 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc eksikli\u011fi ile ilimizde hava kirlili\u011fi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7evre, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve can kay\u0131plar\u0131 gibi problemlerin tespiti ve\u00a0de\u011ferlendirilmesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilememektedir.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Hava kirlili\u011fi limitin \u00fczerinde!&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u0130stasyonlarda y\u0131l baz\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lan g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman \u00f6zellikle Ta\u015fucu, \u0130stiklal\u00a0ve Yeni\u015fehir istasyonlar\u0131nda ortalama olarak y\u0131l\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te biri g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 kadar \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. T\u00fcm istasyonlarda y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama de\u011fer 40 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerindedir.\u00a0Bu durum kronik (uzun s\u00fcreli) hava kirlili\u011fi sorunu oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir.<\/div>\n<div>En y\u00fcksek ortalamalar: Akdeniz: 71,97 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3, Tarsus: 68,89 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3, \u0130stiklal: 64,92 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3<\/div>\n<div>En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ortalamalar: Yeni\u015fehir: 47,02 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3, Toroslar: 48,40 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3, Huzurkent: 48,57<\/div>\n<div>\u00b5g\/m\u00b3 \u015feklindedir. Ancak en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olanlar bile s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n \u00fczerindedir.<\/div>\n<div>Bir y\u0131lda g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n 35 g\u00fcnden fazla a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 istenmez (AB kriteri).<\/div>\n<div>T\u00fcm istasyonlarda Ulusal ve AB standartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re bu say\u0131 \u00e7ok y\u00fcksektir:<\/div>\n<div>Tarsus: 259 g\u00fcn, Akdeniz: 221 g\u00fcn, \u0130stiklal: 177 g\u00fcn, Toroslar: 149 g\u00fcn, Huzurkent:\u00a0148 g\u00fcn, Ta\u015fucu: 104 g\u00fcn, Yeni\u015fehir: 101 g\u00fcn \u015feklindedir. Bu de\u011ferler limitin kat kat\u00a0\u00fczerindedir.\u00a0DS\u00d6 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 daha s\u0131k\u0131d\u0131r ve buna g\u00f6re a\u015f\u0131m g\u00fcnleri daha fazlad\u0131r:<\/div>\n<div>Tarsus: 279 g\u00fcn, Akdeniz: 259 g\u00fcn, \u0130stiklal: 208 g\u00fcn, Huzurkent: 196 g\u00fcn, Toroslar:\u00a0192 g\u00fcn, Yeni\u015fehir: 135 g\u00fcn, Ta\u015fucu: 119 g\u00fcn \u015feklindedir.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;\u00d6zellikle Akdeniz ve Tarsus istasyonlar\u0131 en riskli b\u00f6lgeler&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Baz\u0131 istasyonlarda y\u0131l\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %70\u201380\u2019inde s\u0131n\u0131r a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011fu istasyonda veri yeterlidir\u00a0(%85\u201398 aras\u0131). Ancak Ta\u015fucu\u2019nda veri oran\u0131 %40 (146 g\u00fcn) olup temsil g\u00fcc\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr; bu\u00a0istasyonun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 daha dikkatli de\u011ferlendirilmelidir.\u00a0Kentimiz<wbr \/>de PM10 De\u011feri i\u00e7in;\u00a0B\u00f6lgede PM10 kirlili\u011fi ciddi ve s\u00fcreklidir.\u00a0Hem y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalamalar hem g\u00fcnl\u00fck a\u015f\u0131m say\u0131lar\u0131 olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir.\u00a0\u00d6zellikle Akdeniz ve Tarsus istasyonlar\u0131 en riskli b\u00f6lgeler olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0Bu tablo, b\u00f6lgede sanayi, trafik, \u0131s\u0131nma kaynakl\u0131 emisyonlar ve meteorolojik\u00a0ko\u015fullar\u0131n etkili olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrmektedir.\u00a0Halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk y\u00fcksektir (solunum yolu hastal\u0131klar\u0131, KOAH, ast\u0131m, kalpdamar\u00a0hastal\u0131klar\u0131).\u00a0\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen t\u00fcm\u00a0istasyonlarda bir y\u0131lda 35 defadan daha fazla kirli g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi ve \u0130nsan Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve\u00a0Ekosistemin Korunmas\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in Hava Kalitesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir kent oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.\u00a0K\u00fck\u00fcrtdioksit (SO2) \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131<\/div>\n<div>Ulusal Mevzuat\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re; SO2 24 saatlik -insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 125 \u00b5g\/m3\u00a0(bir y\u0131lda 3 defadan fazla a\u015f\u0131lmaz) \u015feklindedir ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck SO2 verilerinde limit de\u011ferinin\u00a0a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 bir y\u0131lda 3 defadan fazla olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. 24 Saatlik SO2 verilerine g\u00f6re konsantrasyon\u00a0de\u011ferlerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman Mersin ilinde \u0130stiklal istasyonunda 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00a0yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm istasyonlarda y\u0131l boyunca s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011fer a\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yoktur (0 g\u00fcn). \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00a0yap\u0131lan istasyonlarda veri g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir (306\u2013360 g\u00fcn aras\u0131).&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0&#8220;Akdeniz, \u0130stiklal, Tarsus\u00a0ve Yeni\u015fehir&#8217;de kirli g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 olarak \u00e7ok fazla&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lan istasyonlarda s\u0131n\u0131r a\u015f\u0131m\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. 24 Saatlik NO2 verilerine g\u00f6re\u00a0konsantrasyon de\u011ferlerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman Mersin ilinde Ta\u015fucu istasyonu hari\u00e7 di\u011fer t\u00fcm\u00a0istasyonlarda Azotdioksit (NO2) kirli g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve \u00f6zellikle Akdeniz, \u0130stiklal, Tarsus\u00a0ve Yeni\u015fehir istasyonlar\u0131nda kirli g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 olarak \u00f6nemli derecede saptand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\u00a0\u00d6zellikle Yeni\u015fehir istasyonunda y\u0131l baz\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 122 g\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0103 g\u00fcn\u00fc kirli g\u00fcn olarak saptanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir durumdur. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm g\u00fcnlerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde\u00a084\u2019\u00fcnde a\u015f\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u0130stiklal istasyonunda ise \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lan g\u00fcnlerin\u00a0yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 67\u2019sinde s\u0131n\u0131r a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve en riskli istasyon niteli\u011findedir. Bu noktada kentimizde\u00a0bu t\u00fcr kirleticilerin yo\u011fun olmas\u0131 sebebiyle ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun olmas\u0131, ozon \u00fcretimi, asit\u00a0ya\u011fmurlar\u0131, fotokimyasal duman gibi \u00e7evre ve halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit edecek olumsuz etkilerinin\u00a0g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi ifade edilebilir. \u0130stiklal, Yeni\u015fehir ve Akdeniz gibi daha merkezi\/yo\u011fun\u00a0alanlarda y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bu durumu desteklemektedir.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;\u0130stiklal\u00a0istasyonunda 264 g\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bunun 235 g\u00fcn\u00fcnde limit a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Hava kalitesi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm istasyonlar\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lan g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ve ulusal s\u0131n\u0131r\u00a0parametreleri a\u015fan g\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131 elde edilen verilere g\u00f6re \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm istasyonlarda\u00a0(Akdeniz, \u0130stiklal, Tarsus ve Yeni\u015fehir), s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferin a\u015f\u0131lma oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek seviyededir. \u0130stiklal\u00a0istasyonunda 264 g\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bunun 235 g\u00fcn\u00fcnde limit a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Bu,\u00a0y\u0131l\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lan k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %89&#8217;unda havas\u0131n\u0131n kirli oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelir.\u00a0Yeni\u015fehir&#8217;de sadece 122 g\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131labilmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bu g\u00fcnlerin 113&#8217;\u00fcnde\u00a0(y\u00fczde 92) limit a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Az \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yakalanan bu y\u00fcksek oran, b\u00f6lgedeki hava \u00a0kalitesinin kronik olarak vasat oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Akdeniz istasyonunda 246 g\u00fcn\u00fcn 114\u00a0g\u00fcn\u00fc, Tarsus istasyonunda ise 267 g\u00fcn\u00fcn 87 g\u00fcn\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerini a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.\u00a0NOx (Azotoksitler) genellikle trafikten kaynakl\u0131 egzoz duman\u0131 ve sanayi faaliyetleri\u00a0sonucu olu\u015fur. Bu veriler, bu b\u00f6lgelerde trafik yo\u011funlu\u011fu veya sanayi filtreleme sistemleri\u00a0\u00fczerine ciddi \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Benzer bulgular NO2 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131nda da\u00a0elde edilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0Eksik yanma \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, ta\u015f\u0131t emisyonlar\u0131 kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011fu bilinen Karbon Monoksit ulusal\u00a0ve uluslararas\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011fer olarak y\u0131ll\u0131k insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 8 saat ortalama ile 10000\u00a0\u00b5g\/m3 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Elde edilen konsantrasyon de\u011ferlerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman Akdeniz,\u00a0Huzurkent, Ta\u015fucu ve Toroslar istasyonlar\u0131nda CO \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmemektedir. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00a0ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen, \u0130stiklal, Tarsus ve Yeni\u015fehir istasyonlar\u0131nda Karbon Monoksit (CO) s\u0131n\u0131r\u00a0de\u011ferlerinin a\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;\u0130stiklal\u00a0istasyonunda bu y\u0131l Ozon \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Ulusal mevzuat\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re Ozon (O3) \u2018un y\u0131ll\u0131k insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 8 saat\u00a0g\u00f6re Akdeniz ve Tarsus ortalamas\u0131 ile 120 \u00b5g\/m3 \u015feklinde olmas\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir. \u0130stasyon\u00a0temelinde elde edilen verilere istasyonlar\u0131nda ozon kirletici t\u00fcr\u00fc \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc\u00a0ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmemektedi<wbr \/>r. Huzurkent, Ta\u015fucu, Toroslar ve Yeni\u015fehir istasyonlar\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen\u00a0g\u00fcnlerde ozon kirleticisi olarak kirli g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
