Medrese kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndaki modern d\u00fczenleme bir s\u00fcre devam etmi\u015f fakat genel e\u011fitim ve din e\u011fitimi 1924 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan 430 say\u0131l\u0131 &#8220;Tevhid-i Tedrisat Kanunu&#8221; ile yeni bir h\u00fcviyet kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nMedreseler tarih sahnesinden silinirken, Cumhuriyet&#8217;in kurulu\u015f y\u0131llar\u0131nda din e\u011fitimi konusunda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aranm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n1920 y\u0131l\u0131nda TBMM&#8217;de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclen e\u011fitim program\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frencilere verilecek e\u011fitimin &#8220;Dini ve milli&#8221; hale getirilmesi gerekti\u011fi do\u011frultusunda karar al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n1922 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi&#8217;nde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fman\u0131n e\u011fitimle ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Atat\u00fcrk; Cumhuriyet T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;sinde din e\u011fitimine mutlaka yer verilece\u011fini vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nTevhid-i Tedrisad Kanunu ile b\u00fct\u00fcn okullar Milli E\u011fitim bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f, ilkokula dayal\u0131 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u0130mam Hatip Okullar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bu okulu bitirenler ortaokul mezunu say\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br \/>\nTevhid-i Tedrisat Kanunu&#8217;nun 4. maddesi ile Dar&#8217;\u00fcl F\u00fcnun b\u00fcnyesinde y\u00fcksek din tahsili yapmak isteyenler i\u00e7in \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesi a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 1924 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde din dersleri bulunmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nAyn\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n m\u00fcfredat programlar\u0131nda 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k ilk\u00f6\u011fretim okullar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130bdidai Dar\u00fclmuallimin ve Dar\u00fcl Muallimatlar\u0131nda da din bilgisi dersleri vard\u0131r.<br \/>\n1931 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6\u011fretmen okullar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcfredat program\u0131ndan din dersleri \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, 1932-1933 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130mam Hatip Okullar\u0131 ile \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fclteleri \u00f6\u011frenci yetersizli\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle \u00f6\u011fretime kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nResmi okullarda din e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimi ihtiyac\u0131 resmen kar\u015f\u0131lanamay\u0131nca vatanda\u015flar, kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla din adam\u0131 yeti\u015ftirme yoluna ba\u015fvurmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu durum karga\u015falara sebep olmu\u015f ve vatanda\u015f\u0131n din e\u011fitimi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 devlet\u00e7e kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere \u00e7areler aranm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu sebeple 1948-49 \u00d6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;ne ba\u011fl\u0131 \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesi a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ayn\u0131 y\u0131l ilkokullara din dersi konmu\u015f, on ayl\u0131k \u0130mam Hatip Kurslar\u0131 devreye sokulmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\n\u0130lkokullardaki 10 ayl\u0131k \u0130mam Hatip kurslar\u0131 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130mam Hatip Okuluna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, 1971-72 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda m\u00fcfredat programlar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131larak \u0130mam Hatip Liseleri haline getirilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\n1956 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ortaokullara, 1967 y\u0131l\u0131nda liselere iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 din bilgisi dersleri konmu\u015f, 18.10.1982 tarihinde kabul edilen T.C. Anayasas\u0131n\u0131n 24. maddesine uygun olarak lise ve dengi okullarda, Anadolu liselerinde, meslek liselerinde, askeri liselerde mecburi din dersleri uygulamas\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBug\u00fcn Cumhuriyet T\u00fcrkiye\u2019sinde resmi din e\u011fitimi Anayasa teminat\u0131 alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. 1959 y\u0131l\u0131nda &#8220;Y\u00fcksek Din Tahsili&#8221; yapmak isteyenler i\u00e7in 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k Y\u00fcksek \u0130slam Enstit\u00fcleri a\u00e7\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nZamanla bu y\u00fcksek okullar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 yediye y\u00fckselmi\u015f ve son y\u0131llarda isabetli bir kararla Y\u00fcksek \u0130slam Enstit\u00fcleri, \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fclteleri\u2019ne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<br \/>\n1971-72 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan Erzurum \u0130slami \u0130limler Fak\u00fcltesi de ilahiyat Fak\u00fcltesi haline getirilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nTevhid-i Tedrisat Kanunu y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi zaman, Kur&#8217;an kurslar\u0131 Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBug\u00fcn, Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 be\u015f binin \u00fczerindeki Kur&#8217;an Kurslar\u0131nda e\u011fitim s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir.<br \/>\nKur&#8217;an Kurslar\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 bine yak\u0131n erkek, 2 bine yak\u0131n bayan \u00f6\u011fretmen taraf\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 70 bine yak\u0131n erkek, 90 bin&#8217;e yak\u0131n k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciye Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim dersleri ve din e\u011fitimi verilmektedir.<br \/>\nOkullar\u0131n tatil oldu\u011fu yaz aylar\u0131nda da ilk, orta, lise ve \u00fcniversite \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklardan ve gen\u00e7lerden isteyenlere 70 bine yak\u0131n camide yine 70 bine yak\u0131n din g\u00f6revlisi taraf\u0131ndan din e\u011fitimi yapt\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye Diyanet Vakf\u0131, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda trilyonlarca lira de\u011feri olan y\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00fczerinde gayrimenkul sat\u0131n alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu gayr\u0131 menkuller \u00fczerinde k\u00fclliyeler hizmete sokulmu\u015f, bilgisayar merkezleri a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler tesis edilmi\u015f, bu suretle yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki 3 milyona yak\u0131n insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n din e\u011fitimleri ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de din e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretiminin daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in 1961 y\u0131l\u0131nda Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde Din E\u011fitimi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kurulmu\u015f, ayn\u0131 m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck bu tarihten 3 y\u0131l sonra Din E\u011fitimi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc haline getirilerek geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f, son bir d\u00fczenleme ile ad\u0131 Din \u00d6\u011fretimi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu g\u00fczide kurulu\u015fumuz; Bug\u00fcn \u0130mam Ha\u0131ip Ortaokuller\u0131m\u0131z ve Anadolu \u0130mam Hatip Liseleri&#8217;nin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nE\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmektedir.<br \/>\n\u0130mam Hatip ortaokullar\u0131 ve Liseleri aras\u0131nda dini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yar\u0131\u015fmalar d\u00fczenlemektedir.<br \/>\nYurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nYurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki lise ve muadili okullarda okutulan din bilgisi dersleri i\u00e7in gerekli olan \u00f6\u011fretmen ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nYurt i\u00e7indeki b\u00fct\u00fcn orta-dereceli okullar\u0131n din k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve ahlak dersi \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinin istihdam\u0131 konusunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00dclkemizde laiklikle din e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimi \u00f6yle kayna\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bug\u00fcn art\u0131k tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan konu laisizm i\u00e7erisinde din e\u011fitimine hangi \u015fekilde ve \u015fartlarda ve ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131da bulunabilece\u011fidir.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti&#8217;nde din e\u011fitimi fert meselesi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, bir cemiyet ve devlet politikas\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nan \u00f6nemli bir konu olmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\nBu anlay\u0131\u015fla hareket edildi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00dcniversitelerimizdeki k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz rahat\u00e7a ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc olarak derslerine girebilmektedirler.<br \/>\nLise ve dengi okullar\u0131m\u0131zdaki zorunlu din dersleri g\u00fcncelle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olarak devam etmektedir.<br \/>\n1949\u2019larda a\u00e7\u0131lan \u0130mam Hatip Liseleri 2002-2003 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda 440\u2019 lara kadar d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015fken bug\u00fcn 2000\u2019lerin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nDin e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimi veren \u0130mam Hatiplerin orta k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, Lise b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri Anadolu \u0130mam Hatip Liseleri ad\u0131yla yeni stat\u00fclerine kavu\u015fturulmu\u015f, \u00dcniversiteye giri\u015f s\u0131navlar\u0131nda katsay\u0131 rezaletine son verilerek emsal liselerle e\u015fit s\u0131nava girme hakk\u0131na kavu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;mizde Din e\u011fitim ve \u00d6\u011fretimi g\u00fcnl\u00fck politika \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, Devlet politikas\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir.<br \/>\nBundan 2 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Milli E\u011fitimde T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 Maarif modeline ge\u00e7ilmi\u015fti.<br \/>\nYeni e\u011fitim modelinin ad\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 Maarif Modeli olarak belirlenmi\u015fti.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 Maarif Modeli, e\u011fitimde yenilik\u00e7i ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 temsil ediyor.<br \/>\nBu model, e\u011fitimde kaliteyi art\u0131rmay\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l becerileriyle donat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015fti.<br \/>\nMaarif modelinde \u00f6\u011frenci merkezli bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 benimsenerek e\u011fitimde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini sa\u011flanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<br \/>\nBu modelde \u00f6\u011frencilerin yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve ele\u015ftirel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme becerilerini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in yeni \u00f6\u011fretim y\u00f6ntemleri uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nTeknolojinin e\u011fitimde etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik edilmektedir.<br \/>\nBilim, sanat ve sporun \u00f6nemi vurgulanarak \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bireyler olarak yeti\u015fmesi
