Ayr\u0131ca, her keseye uygun olan\u0131n\u0131 bulmak da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu i\u015fi yapanlar gayet organize bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Her kullan\u0131c\u0131ya b\u00fct\u00e7esine en uygun olan uyu\u015fturucuyu ustal\u0131kla sunuyorlar. Varl\u0131kl\u0131 olanlar kokain \u00e7ekiyorlar, olmayanlar da esrar ve ucuz sentetik uyu\u015fturucularla idare ediyorlar. Hi\u00e7bir \u015fey bulamayanlar da eter ve \u00e7akmak gaz\u0131 gibi u\u00e7ucu maddelere y\u00f6neliyorlar. K\u0131sacas\u0131, her i\u00e7ici kesesine uygun bir uyu\u015fturucuyu kolayl\u0131kla bulabiliyor.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<p>Bu mesele, salt polisiye tedbirlerle halledilebilecek bir mesele de\u011fildir. Polise ve jandarmaya havale ederek bu meseleyi \u00e7\u00f6zemeyiz. Mevcut tedbirlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ilave tedbirler de almam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce, esasl\u0131 bir uyu\u015fturucuyla m\u00fccadele politikam\u0131z\u0131n olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Sadece politikam\u0131z\u0131n olmas\u0131 yetmez, bu politikay\u0131 eylem plan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcp, s\u0131k\u0131 bir \u015fekilde uygulamam\u0131z da laz\u0131m. Bunun i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay d\u00fczenleyip, neler yapabilirizi enine boyuna tart\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bunu yaparken de \u00fcniversiteleri, odalar\u0131 ve sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctlerini i\u015fin i\u00e7ine dahil etmemiz laz\u0131m. Unutmayal\u0131m! Uyu\u015fturucu ile m\u00fccadelede ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olman\u0131n yolu, toplumun b\u00fct\u00fcn kesimlerini harekete ge\u00e7irmekten ge\u00e7er.
