Br\u00fcksel\u2019de masaya gelen her Ukrayna dosyas\u0131, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin asl\u0131nda ne kadar \u201cbirlik\u201d oldu\u011fu sorusunu yeniden g\u00fcndeme getiriyor. Son \u00f6rnek, Ukrayna\u2019ya y\u00f6nelik planlanan ve ad\u0131 bile ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na siyasi bir may\u0131n tarlas\u0131 olan \u201ctazminat kredisi\u201d.<\/p>\n
