Kamu borcunu taksitlendirmek isteyenler i\u00e7in de faiz geriledi. B\u00f6ylece kamuya borcu olanlar\u0131n \u00f6deyecekleri gecikme faizi ve taksitlendirme faizi b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda inmi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Resmi Gazete&#8217;de Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n imzas\u0131yla yay\u0131mlanan karar g\u00f6re, vergi, resim, har\u00e7, g\u00fcmr\u00fck ve SGK alacaklar\u0131na uygulanan 6183 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun&#8217;un 51&#8217;inci maddesinde yer alan &#8220;gecikme zamm\u0131&#8221; oran\u0131, her ay i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 uygulanmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 4,5\u2019den y\u00fczde 3,7\u2019ye (y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 54\u2019ten y\u00fczde 44,4\u2019e) d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Hazine ve Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tahsilat Genel Tebli\u011fi&#8217;nde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve 6183 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun 48&#8217;inci maddesine istinaden yap\u0131lan kamu borcu taksitlendirme talepleri i\u00e7in uygulanan tecil faizi ise y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 48\u2019den y\u00fczde 39\u2019a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.
