Mersin Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 (MTSO) 31 No\u2019lu \u0130\u015fletme Destek Faaliyetleri Meslek Komitesi, biyosidal uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 konunun payda\u015flar\u0131 ile birlikte masaya yat\u0131rarak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arad\u0131. MTSO\u2019da d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131da, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren firmalarla Ankara Ha\u015fere Kontrol Derne\u011fi (HASKOD) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6vsen Z\u00fcmre ve Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyeleri, Mersin \u0130l G\u0131da, Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile Mersin Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00c7evre Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilileri bir araya geldi. Sekt\u00f6r sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da \u00f6zellikle mevcut Biyosidal \u00dcr\u00fcn Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019ndeki a\u00e7\u0131klardan dolay\u0131 ya\u015fanan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Adana ve Mersin ile il\u00e7elerinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da tespit edilen sorunlar, HASKOD arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na rapor edilecek.
\nToplant\u0131da \u00f6zellikle sahada uygulanabilir bir y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekilerek, y\u00f6netmelikteki a\u00e7\u0131k noktalar\u0131n netle\u015ftirilip yoruma kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 talebi g\u00fcndeme geldi. \u2018\u00d6nce insan, \u00f6nce sa\u011fl\u0131k\u2019 ilkesi ile hareket ettiklerini vurgulayan sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri, bu nedenle merdiven alt\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan firmalar\u0131 sekt\u00f6rden temizleyecek \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 talebinde bulundu. Bu sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131nda uygulanmaya ba\u015flanan Biyosidal Online \u00dcr\u00fcn Uygulama Takip Sistemi\u2019nin \u00f6nemli rol oynayabilece\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde birle\u015fen sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri, bu sistemle saha denetimlerinin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, uygun ve uygunsuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan firmalar\u0131n tespitine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak verilerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131n sekt\u00f6re ayr\u0131 bir dinamik katt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirttiler.
\nToplant\u0131da ayr\u0131ca ila\u00e7lama s\u00fcrelerine de de\u011finildi. Bu konuda belli bir standart getirilmesi gerekti\u011fini anlatan sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri, \u201cBiyosidal uygulamas\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcne ve \u00fcretim \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik arz edebilir. Ancak, unutulmamas\u0131 gereken ha\u015fere olu\u015ftuktan sonra \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek de\u011fil, ha\u015fere olu\u015fumunun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmektir.
