\nKonutlar 2+1 ve 1+1 \u015feklinde, yatay mimari ve geleneksel dokuya uygun tasarlanacak. Projede \u015fehit yak\u0131nlar\u0131, gaziler, engelliler, emekliler, gen\u00e7ler ile 3 ve daha fazla \u00e7ocu\u011fu bulunan ailelere \u00f6zel kontenjanlar olu\u015fturuldu.
\nBuna g\u00f6re \u015fehit aileleri, ter\u00f6r, harp ve vazife malulleri ve gaziler ile engellilere y\u00fczde 5, 3 ve daha fazla \u00e7ocuklu ailelere y\u00fczde 10, emekliler ve 18-30 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki gen\u00e7lere de y\u00fczde 20 kontenjan imkan\u0131 sa\u011flanacak.
\nProjeye, 18 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 dolduran, en az 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti vatanda\u015f\u0131 olan ve tapuda kendisi, e\u015fi ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine kay\u0131tl\u0131 evi olmayan herkes ba\u015fvurabilecek. Ba\u015fvuru i\u00e7in hane halk\u0131 ayl\u0131k net gelirinin, \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in en fazla 145 bin lira, di\u011fer iller i\u00e7in de 127 bin lira olmas\u0131 gerekecek.
\nKonutlar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f bedeli 1 milyon 800 bin liradan ba\u015flayacak. Bu konutlar devlet g\u00fcvencesiyle y\u00fczde 10 pe\u015finat ve 240 ay vadeyle sat\u0131\u015fa sunulacak.
\nTaksitler, \u0130stanbul’da 7 bin 313 liradan, di\u011fer illerde 6 bin 750 liradan ba\u015flayacak. Projeye ba\u015fvurular, 10 Kas\u0131m-19 Aral\u0131k tarihlerinde al\u0131nacak. \u0130n\u015fa ve ihale s\u00fcreci kas\u0131mda ba\u015flayacak projede ilk kuralar aral\u0131kta \u00e7ekilecek.
