Bu durum hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hem de i\u015fveren a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi yapt\u0131r\u0131mlara neden olur&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\nKo\u00e7, sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n anayasal bir hak oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, &#8220;\u0130\u015fverenlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 sigortas\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma hakk\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n da sigortas\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 isteme hakk\u0131 yoktur. Tespit halinde i\u015fverenler ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015fayabilir&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r<br \/>\nKay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 sosyal g\u00fcvenceden yoksun b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, i\u015fverenler aras\u0131nda haks\u0131z rekabet olu\u015fturdu\u011funu ve kamu gelirlerinde kay\u0131plara yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Ko\u00e7, sigortas\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerin emeklilik, malull\u00fck, \u00f6l\u00fcm ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131, i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri ve tazminat haklar\u0131ndan mahrum kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<br \/>\n&#8220;Denetimlerde kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam belirlenmesi halinde i\u015fverenlere mevzuatta \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen idari para cezalar\u0131 uygulan\u0131r.
