Demirta\u015f’\u0131n avukat\u0131\u00a0Mahsuni Karaman,\u00a0Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Mahkemesinin (A\u0130HM) 20 Kas\u0131m 2018, 22 Aral\u0131k 2020 ve 8 Temmuz 2025 tarihli kararlar\u0131na ra\u011fmen Demirta\u015f\u2019\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 cezaevinde tutuldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Ankara 22. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesinin son ba\u015fvuruyu \u201ckarar\u0131n kesinle\u015fmedi\u011fi\u201d gerek\u00e7esiyle reddetti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
A\u0130HM kararlar\u0131na taraflar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 ay i\u00e7inde itiraz hakk\u0131 bulundu\u011funu belirten Karaman, bu itirazlar\u0131n \u201cPanel\u201d ad\u0131 verilen be\u015f ki\u015filik heyet taraf\u0131ndan incelenece\u011fini, panelin kabul etmesi halinde dosyan\u0131n B\u00fcy\u00fck Daire\u2019ye gidece\u011fini, aksi durumda ise karar\u0131n kesinle\u015fmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Karaman, 24 Eyl\u00fcl 2025 itibar\u0131yla Kobani dosyas\u0131n\u0131n Ankara B\u00f6lge Adliye Mahkemesi 22. Ceza Dairesi\u2019ne g\u00f6nderildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatarak, istinaf mahkemesinin dosyay\u0131 ivedilikle inceleyip Demirta\u015f ve di\u011fer siyaset\u00e7ilerin tahliyesine karar vermesi gerekti\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
